That's the kind of beautiful sky that happens here. Fenced territory, secured Parking, 3 swimming pools, 3 playgrounds, sports equipment. Barbecue area, gazebos, well-groomed territory, 2 children's pools, tennis court. Massage parlour.
A fairy tale, not a place. Beautiful sea views.

This place is the best on the coast for those who love silence, comfort, greenery , flowers , outdoor activities , recreation areas and clean water in the pools! We rest there every year . Five minutes to the sea at a calm pace . The sea is the purest .

We sold an apartment in this complex. The sea is dirty, sewage treatment waste is drained into the sea. Because of this, there are "tweezers" parasites in the sea.The normal coast is far away. We went swimming in Pomorie or Sunny Beach. We are very glad that we sold it.

It's very noisy, the sea is far away, the beach is dirty, the smell is from the sewage treatment plants. There are a lot of people, in July Gypsies swam in the pool in their clothes, in the evening when bathing, my son noticed feces in another pool - not a foot in this complex anymore!
