Only good memories. It was in December before the Catholic Christmas. The spa hotel (in the style of a castle) was decorated with gorgeous Christmas trees. There are paintings on the walls. The dining room has stucco on the walls and ceiling, New Year's toys on the windowsills. Live music on weekends. I had a single room. The view from the window is beautiful. The room is clean. They cleaned every day. I will not write about the treatment. That's another story.

It was a great vacation, a pleasant place).
In my subjective opinion, the hotel is a bit outdated, but if you come not to get cured, but to "have fun" and not bother, then you will like it here.
The place itself is very beautiful, there is a picturesque forest nearby. The hotel itself is located on a mountain, which may not be acceptable for hiking for everyone, it's hard to climb back, the mountain is very steep. but it 's a very beautiful view!
You can go down and walk around the city.
Regarding the procedures, I can't say that it's just "wow", a little bit of a "conveyor" attitude. But it's still a joy to relax and do all sorts of procedures.
As a place for a relaxed family vacation, this is the very thing. The food is delicious. There is no Internet.
Young people will be bored - it's worth coming if you just stop for a couple of days and then go to other places.

Amazing location, old building, fresh renovation, good breakfasts! Excellent spa, swimming pool, spa complex. But.....
Disrespectful attitude of the staff to the guests!

Rude staff(not all) at the reception, they were placed for a very long time. I liked the pool, the pool staff. The treatment is on "3". Design on "5"
