I've been using carpet washing services for three years now, and something has gone wrong lately. I gave away two mats, one was accepted without question, and they warned me about the second one that it might tear when washing, with a 50/50 chance)), I refused. A washed rug arrived today....they tore it up)))), without warning))). And they emphasize that they are not responsible at all...

The carpet was handed over. They arrived a week later. Clearly, quickly and without problems. We were satisfied. Raised the pile, removed all the complex stains. They gave only 40 rubles for a huge carpet
