Dear head of this institution! Pay attention to the waitress named Kama. So much neglect, disrespect, outright irritation. I had a feeling that I needed to apologize for coming and disturbing employee Kama with my presence. I practically threw the menu on the table, as well as the order. Yelling at the waiters all over the room, we were on the second floor. Why should visitors listen to this?? We come to eat and relax, but we saw rudeness and unprofessionalism. Pay attention to her, she does not paint, but spoils the institution, lowering the rating.
