Pleasant waiters, good cooks, tolerable prices (on average higher than in the region), cozy interior. But from time to time, the soup is cold, the portions are smaller, then instead of shish kebab from the neck of a pig, shish kebabs from tenderloin.

I liked this place in previous visits to Abkhazia, now it's just a disappointment. It was September 2nd. The waiters refused to put us on the veranda with three empty tables, we had to insist directly, then they allowed us from the master's shoulder. They talk boorishly, the hysterical female waiter was especially impressed, she kept a table on the veranda for someone and yelled at every company that tried to sit there, while there was no reserve sign on the table.
Of all the things ordered, I liked only the water)) the chicken soup has tough meat, kharcho with a huge amount of pepper, khinkali without spices - just meat in the dough, the main disappointment is the boat, for which we always returned, now it was a piece of hard half-baked dough with sour cheese, ugh. In Moscow, in the dining room at the business center, the boat is cooked tastier than the misunderstanding that was served to us here.
It's so strange when people don't want to work, but persistently continue to do so, spoiling the impression of the institution.
Previously, it was a five-star rating, now it is one star. We will not come back and I do not recommend it to you.

A great cafe. One of the best in Gagra. We were there twice and both times we were delighted. Shish kebab, manti, shurpa - everything is beyond praise. Smiling waitresses, fast service and most importantly - very tasty dishes. The prices are very affordable and the bill does not even include interest on the service. Which is very rare for Abkhazia. I wish this cafe continued prosperity and recommend it to visit!!!

The food is good (relative to other establishments here), but not wow. The service is terrible, but it's all over Abkhazia, there is no service. Everything is long, the waitresses are rude, dissatisfied. And just try to tell them that something is wrong.
There was a normal coffee, but now they just bring foam with almost no coffee, because the bartender quit, as explained. They know what they are doing is bad, but they bring and take money for it and it's not a shame)

It's just top class. I only regret that I visited this Tea house on the last day of my stay in Abkhazia. A huge selection of dishes, everything is very tasty! For the first time, I didn't take any photos in the restaurant because I couldn't stop eating! Thank you so much ❤

We went to this institution especially from Novaya Gagra, after reading a lot of positive reviews, and did not regret it.
The place is really wonderful. It is very cozy inside, a beautiful serving of dishes. When the teahouse was fully loaded, the order was delivered to us in 20-25 minutes.
I liked all the food very much, my husband highly appreciated the lamb kebab, and he is very picky about this dish.
The bill does not include a 10% tip, but with such excellent service and food, you want to leave even more.

Cats and dogs passing by will also help you cope with your food. They are not aggressive, but the owners ask them not to feed them, because the animals ask to eat very obsessively 😄

I really liked the kitchen. The prices for one of the best restaurants I have visited in Abkhazia are reasonable. One small minus is still there, the waiters are polite, hospitable, but very, very slow. I advise you to visit. By the way, the interiors of the restaurant are very colorful and original. I liked the dishes and also liked that the waitress can advise on the dishes: she advised us to take smoked meat not pork, as we wanted, but beef, because, she says, pork will be very fat, when beef was brought, it was also too fat to my taste, and my husband really liked it. We were in early November, there were no problems with the gastrointestinal tract after visiting this teahouse.

We were there for the second time in September 2023. They took Greek and Abaata salads - they turned out to be very mediocre, we did not like them; for the child they took pasta with sausage - the sausage is good, the pasta is overcooked, not salted (it just won't work, there is no salt on the tables), the child did not eat. We took another compote - delicious. We reduce the rating to 3 stars.

Fried suluguni cheese is salty as salt. Ajapsandal is served as a cold snack and tastes like lecho at grandma's in the village. The food is mostly without salt. Meat in Abkhazian is 3 pieces of meat and vegetables. Khinkali is delicious, but served without sour cream. Croutons are served without sauce. Pide is delicious. Lahmajan is delicious. The waiters are working well. But we expected more in the food

In the Aabat Tea House you can have a full lunch, the choice of dishes is quite wide. I liked the menu because it contains photos of dishes - this makes it easier to choose national delicacies. We had coffee: Americano with milk and corn tortilla with cheese. The tortilla is fried and very tasty. We didn't even have time to take a picture of her. Very beautiful dishes and serving. To the left of the cafe there is an arch through which you can get to the territory of the church of St. Hypatius and the museum of the city of Gagra.
