A decent place, a typical restaurant, food for 5 🌟
The service was not bad, but there was a feeling that my husband and I were expected to place large orders, the birthday cake was first said to be a compliment, when the receipt arrived, it turned out that it was included in the bill, I had to ask again - it was removed. Two waiters served the table. The food arrived quickly, but there weren't many customers either.
There was a photo shoot going on at the same time, it was unclear whether it was the dishes or someone's personal one, because of this half of the hall on the second floor was closed.
Nice interior, clean toilets, Parking is available, we arrived by taxi, very cool location - after lunch we went for a walk on the embankment.
The prices are exactly the same compared to good Moscow restaurants.
There was no desire to visit this restaurant for the second time during the trip.

A nice restaurant with a great view and good cuisine. Choose a place on the veranda. The waiter Yagor was beyond praise, he told me everything and advised me on the menu. A bombastic salad of crispy eggplant, I also liked the boneless tandoor chicken. We took assorted desserts, but they somehow did not impress, after the delicious dishes, we just expected more. But I really liked everything anyway!!! Location, kitchen, service - everything is on top!

We recently visited this restaurant and were absolutely delighted! Special thanks to the waiter Temur — very attentive, friendly and professional. He helped with the selection of dishes, took into account all the wishes and created a pleasant atmosphere throughout the dinner. The food was also excellent — everything was fresh, delicious and beautifully served. We will definitely come back again!

A very cozy restaurant in Baku with stunning sea views!! We ordered quite a lot of items from the menu, tried the kutum-lavangi fish, and liked everything. Polite and friendly staff. Waiter Altun is a very attentive and helpful young man, speaks excellent Russian. Thank you so much for the evening!

An atmospheric place in Baku, overlooking the sea, a Ferris wheel and an evolving, huge flag!
We were celebrating the DR, and we were given a private office on the second floor, it was behind the scenes and excellent service!
We tried sturgeon in a pomegranate, it was wonderful!
We presented a delicious cake with candles, it was very pleasant.

We recently visited Baku for the first time and got into this restaurant based on reviews. He is wonderful: polite staff, beautiful interior, and the kitchen is simply beyond all praise! The prices are above average, but it's worth it. A very beautiful view of the embankment opens from the window. Thank you very much! Visit this place, you won't regret it!

The Chaika restaurant was wonderful, it's not the first time I've come here, and everything has always been wonderful. The waiter Nurlan was very polite and caring.

The interior is very beautiful. Expensive. Desserts could have been made more refined, of the 4 desserts, two were solid meringue, uninteresting. In the mackerel salad, the fish is not very good. Kutabs are common, just like everywhere else. The pilaf is good. But the only thing that ruined our evening was the loud music/singing of the performer. We came with friends and it was absolutely impossible to talk. If there was a break between the songs, we might not have noticed it. But we didn't manage to talk for a whole hour, and we didn't get to have a heartfelt meeting.

The interior of the restaurant is designed in a cozy atmosphere reminiscent of a country house. The windows overlook the Caspian Sea. The menu features dishes of Azerbaijani and author's cuisine made from local products.
The service was fast and attentive, and the staff was friendly and helpful.
I recommend visiting the Chayki Restaurant to enjoy delicious Azerbaijani cuisine and a cozy atmosphere! :)

The kitchen, unfortunately, is not as wonderful as what I wrote above, it is 4* and that's why:
- the pies are very dry, the filling is extremely over-dried
- I called the lula "dietary" because they are made entirely of protein, that is, meat. Guys, well, kamon, I've been cooking kebabs myself for a long time and I know perfectly well that the recipe for an excellent and delicious kebab is the ratio of meat, onions and fats. And not just meat))
Otherwise, everything is very good, the waiter Nurlan is just a master of his craft, an excellent professional!

A great restaurant in a beautiful location in the bay opposite the observation wheel. Beautiful halls, courteous professional staff. There are no problems with the Russian language. I recommend places on the veranda of the first floor. The music is too loud on the veranda of the second one.
The cuisine is commendable, the prices are reasonable.

The place is pretentious, due to its location. From the veranda on the top floor there is a great view of the city and the sea. The menu is nothing interesting and different from other establishments in the city, except that the price is up. Be sure to specify the cost of the hookah when ordering!!! We ordered a hookah on a fruit bowl, the most ordinary one. They brought the most ordinary hookah, without a twist in the serving, just a hookah. Our joint, we did not specify the cost before filing. They asked after. The answer was amazing: $ 100. What, Carl, how much???? 100$! I have not heard such a price tag in the best hookah bars in Moscow. I asked for a price for a hookah, they said that they did not accept it. Strange, to say the least. As a result, after a conversation with the manager, they determined how to get a gift from the institution. Plus, they get karma, but the evening is emotionally ruined. Will I go there again, will I advise you? No.

The place is difficult to reach. There is no convenient check-in. You have to enter the restaurant from behind. If you're dressed simply, they may not let you in))) In general: it's not cheap, the cuisine is good, the service is a bit "cheeky" - you are welcome, but you are not a guest of their family (they only tolerate you because of the receipt). We were sitting in a VIP room - there is no privacy. Maybe there is a separate VIP card, but they didn't offer it.

Excellent service, perfect attitude to the guests. According to the dishes: we ordered a salad with crispy eggplant and tomato and shah pilaf, additionally a salad of Baku tomatoes ... what can I say - almost perfect. It's a lot for two people. We ordered because it was the last day of the vacation and the mood for "gluttony". Local white wine was ordered for the dishes. As a bonus, there is a presentation of sparkling "Abrau-durso" from a local grape variety growing in Sheki. We can only express our gratitude for the dinner held against the backdrop of the Caspian Sea with excellent service and excellent dishes. The cost is a guide to the menu, all prices are indicated.

We booked a table for March 8. When booking, we announced a deposit of 80 manats per person.
We came to dinner, the table was extremely unsuccessful- on the passage towards the veranda on the first floor.
We asked the waiter to transfer us, but he could not fulfill the request. We turned to the hostesses and were transplanted. Although there were a lot of empty tables throughout the evening (they were from 20.00-22.00).
There was live music on the second floor, but we weren't warned about it and we couldn't hear it on the first floor. So the festive program passed us by.
The service was very "unobtrusive". The waiter consulted on the menu with difficulty and did not help with the choice, he was very concise. The food is normal.

A nice restaurant on the waterfront! Prices are more expensive than most places in Baku, although the cuisine is not particularly surprising. At the entrance, the girl informed us that all the sofas and seats near the windows were reserved, although after 2.5 hours no one came to them, and we asked to put them there. There was almost no one in the hall, and the order was carried for a very long time, as well as the bill at the end of dinner, and I had to wait about 20 minutes for the change! The waiters are very sluggish! We ordered dishes of Azerbaijani cuisine, everything is delicious, but without frills. I would also like to mention a very tasty chicken kebab. Saj was very fat and there was almost no meat in it, but a lot of vegetables! Cocktails are 4 out of 5.
