It's a disgusting room. I explain:
- there is not enough cold vestibule, when guests come in, the cold air immediately falls on the current visitors in the hall through the front door.
- the seats are right next to each other, you can hear the conversations of everyone around you.
For guests from other countries, it is not clear how to book a table, they booked via telegram, asked for a phone number (at least I made a SIM card).
Hookah is about nothing, I liked the food more or less

We have visited this place more than once, it is very pleasant and cozy, where there is a good hookah and high-quality tea!
The only disadvantage is that you come without a reservation, they say they put you at a table near the toilet, the rest are supposedly booked, after 4 hours they were free and stayed!
You will lose so many daily customers!

We booked a table for 19.00 (we were warned by phone about booking until 21.00). We arrived in advance, as a result we sat down only at 19.15, and ordered at 19.25. We took a dish from the gastrofest. They brought 2 dishes out of 4 after 20.00 (I had to clarify why it took so long, as they promised 30-40 minutes), and they simply forgot about the remaining 2. But the visitors who came after us have already received exactly such dishes. I had to go to clarify the situation, after which one dish was immediately brought. It's 21.15 now, there's one more dish left)

I visited the institution for the first time. The other spouses celebrated. The table was booked 3 days in advance. Upon arrival, the hostess, who accepted the reservation, could not find my reservation, which caused terrible disappointment in the competence of the employee-the face of the institution. We were asked to take another table. The proposed place turned out to be extremely uncomfortable and very noisy due to the musical equipment located above the building. I decided not to call the administrator and asked for another free table, of which there were a lot in the hall, they met me halfway (the seating in the hall was about 35%). The misunderstanding was finally sorted out from the very beginning of the visit to the institution!
The waiter came up very quickly (2-3 minutes later). I was very upset by the lack of a natural menu!! Instead, it was an electronic message via my mobile phone, which turned out to be almost empty! The menu was somehow not impressed.. we did not identify such dishes so that we could just WOW and want to try it. The waiter offered her advice on our food preferences. As usual, the most expensive dishes are advised, but despite this, our views coincided (the waiter knows and navigates the menu well enough, it was very pleasing). I specified the time of submission, they said "about 20 minutes"... Surprisingly, the dishes were served right on time!! Respect for this! (
The dishes themselves had the maximum similarity to the image in the pictures from the menu and turned out to be VERY tasty! I would say their cost is quite adequate and corresponds to the expected taste impressions! (I even left a tip for good advice in choosing and the speed of delivery).
The menu itself did not seem to be very diverse dishes, especially desserts and a wine list by the glass, perhaps work on the principle of "fewer dishes are better, but cooked with really high quality and delicious"..
Bottled wines are worth a lot of money! I'm not a specialist, of course, but I don't think the prices are justified.
The selection of cocktails is very huge! They did not order for trial, but 75% of visitors ordered them and hookahs. Therefore, it seems that this is a bar-hookah type establishment, and there is almost no smell of a restaurant ...
The interior is 4, the atmosphere in the institution is 3. Comfort and coziness were not praised.
After visiting the institution, we did not get a Wow effect and did not have a special desire to come again and again, too. But despite this, I want to note the presentation of a compliment from the institution in honor of my wife, not included in the receipt and at the same time the most expensive and delicious dessert menu! For this, special thanks and respect for the emotions received by the spouse!!!
Therefore, the results are (IMHO):

approach to the client - 5
interior and atmosphere - 4
knowledge of the menu and the competence of the waiters - 5

At the gastrofest, we were pleased with the precise work of the waiters - they took out dishes in turn, it was only necessary to finish one thing - they immediately brought another. But apart from taking out dishes from the festival, they didn't want to take special orders - they constantly had to catch someone passing by. The hookah is delicious, they did as they asked, there are no questions about it.
According to the set for the gastrofest, which in November-December 2021 - not everyone will like it, the dishes are quite unusual, personally, the girl and I were delicious (except for dessert, the mousse was very strange in it), but our friends did not really like it.

The staff is working well. The atmosphere is pleasant, but on Fridays and weekends, when DJs perform, it feels like this. It's too loud, you don't hear the other person and the waiters, you don't hear yourself. After all, this is not a nightclub, and people come there to chat, among other things.
The waiting time is minimal, drinks are brought in 5 minutes, and meals are served within 10 minutes. The food is delicious, the drinks are interesting. Overall, the impressions are good.
