The place is in the city center, so I didn't expect anything special from it. But in vain! Cozy, clean, tasty, inexpensive!!! The portions are large, keep this in mind when ordering, because it is almost impossible to master the first + second or second + appetizer or soup + cheburek at once. There is enough meat in the meal, sauce / sour cream is added to each dish. The waiter is helpful. The impressions of the visit are as positive as possible! Thanks!!!
We came with the child in the evening to eat chebureks, but it would be better if we did not come. I ordered the most expensive meat cheburek, to which the waiter replied that the cook refuses to do such things until the end of the shift, because recently there was an order for 4 such chebureks at one table. I ordered a cheburek with ham, cheese and mushrooms for the child, but there was no ham in the cafe, and we were offered cheese and mushrooms. After making an order, we waited at least half an hour, with 5 tables loaded for the entire hall. As a result, they brought me a cheburek with fish, instead of meat, which had an incomprehensible slurry mixed with rice. To my remark, the waiter and the receptionist? they made round eyes and began to prove with foam at the mouth that I was seeing things and I kept making up that there was a fish. As a result, they offered me to redo the cheburek, I agreed, but again I waited more than 30 minutes for my order. As a result, a piece of minced meat from do not understand what is in a piece of puff pastry. Disgusting chebureks, I do not advise anyone. PS: put an air freshener in the hall, because the smell is like someone was sick
We visited this cheburechnaya on September 26.We ordered two chebureks (with meat and ham), herring with a complex side dish and something like julienne, I don't remember the name. Chebureks were triangular in shape, (very tasty), herring looked just stunningly beautiful, tomatoes, half a boiled egg, pickled onions, cucumbers, it was just a pity to violate this beauty. Julienne is just delicious. After 10 minutes, we already tried chebureks. A young man was serving. I liked everything very much, so we decided to come back before leaving for Moscow. So, Saturday, September 28th. The order is again two chebureks, with meat and fish, already of the usual shape (the fish filling is incomprehensible, I did not like it at all), again herring, a frying pan with pancakes, sausage and brisket. I didn't even recognize the herring. Imagine several piles on a plate: a shapeless mound of herring, onions, simply chopped, not pickled, as last time, boiled sliced potatoes (last time it was beautiful, baked), sauerkraut and pickles, cucumbers, not cucumbers, and the number of these cucumbers was at least 200 g. The herring also turned out to be with bones. Now about the frying pan - the pancakes were not pancakes, but fried tortillas made of unsalted mashed potatoes. Just in time for pickles ! The girl was serving. I brought the first course in 45 minutes. Conclusion - don't come here on Saturdays, go on Thursdays.
Spoiler: I don't recommend this place to anyone!
We were at the cafe on 09/28/24
Be fooled by the fact that the cafe is located in the city center.
I was immediately confused by the old interior, the menu in the files - everything is in the best traditions of the cafe of the 2000s.
Well, okay, we thought maybe the kitchen is delicious.
We ordered: caesar salad, tea and chebureks.
A little bit about the salad, although it is difficult to call it a Caesar salad, I really regret that I did not take a picture. So, Caesar salad consists of ordinary cheese cut into different pieces, fresh cucumbers!, ordinary tomatoes, incomprehensible pieces of chicken and !the cherry on the cake is soy sauce, which made the salad terribly salty.
Chebureks were average 1-2 b. out of 5b.
But, in cheburek with mushrooms, I didn't even find mushrooms)))
Tea bags, not the most delicious:(
In general, it was a pity for the money thrown away, even if it was small.
After cheburechnaya we went to the cafe opposite, I highly recommend it)
Classics of Minsk catering. An adequate price-quality ratio. Chebureks are delicious, but not classic, but rather Soviet-style, like the rest of the dishes. The main advantage of the establishment is that you can have a hearty meal for a minimum of money in the cozy atmosphere of a 90s bar. There are almost no such places left, so I advise you to be nostalgic.
It is very strange when negative reviews are deleted. Times don't seem to be the same anymore. Once upon a time, though a long time ago, there were the most delicious chebureks here and they drove from the other side of the city for them. Now the rating "bad" is a great compliment for them. It's disgusting. The filling inside is a nightmare. A mess with a terrible smell and the same terrible taste. We ordered with meat and mushrooms. There is no meat, much less mushrooms there. I really wanted to take these chebureks to the sanitary and epidemiological station. It is difficult to imagine what kind of audience the cafe is counting on by offering this shaped "cheburek". Fortunately, there are no visitors there. We went in there passing by, well, nostalgia inspired. It used to be very tasty there. From the good: interesting interior, calm background music, air conditioning, young waiters are trying. But food is something. Go in to buy bottled water and that's it, then it's better to pass by.
Cozy small cafe, the interior is decorated with wood, clean. There are napkins and a salt shaker on the table.
At the entrance to the cafe, there is a separate male and female toilet: everything is clean and tidy, paper and soap are available.
Very polite staff, bartender Tatiana prompted, explained the menu. They serve quickly.
The prices were pleasantly surprised as well as the quality and volume of portions.
Chebureks are great: the dough is thin in moderation, there are a lot of fillings, not greasy, served with sauce.
Draniki are presented in two innings:
Assorted dishes on a plate with sausages, fried eggs, etc. and in a pot with stewed pork and mushrooms - served with sour cream. You'll lick your fingers.
We were there two years ago, I really liked everything. This year, 2024, we specifically stopped by to visit our favorite place. But no, it turned into some kind of alcohol-drinking joint. Chebureks are delicious, but dirty and there is a constant spilling of alcohol. It is measured out with a measuring cup right in front of visitors, poured without interruption. Cheberechnaya in the city center has become a dirty place for drinkers
My wife and I were pleasantly surprised when we entered this legendary place) I immediately noticed that everything was in wood and without plastic. This is a huge plus! The waiter immediately jumped up and offered to sit down, giving out the menu in parallel. I like that)
We made an order of 2 branded chebureks (with poultry / and meat (pork / beef), a portion of solyanka and a frying pan with pancakes. I will not describe the compositions) But I'll say it, it's very tasty! The portions are large and very well prepared! The prices are average, so I think this is a very good place considering the city center! We will be happy to come back here again! Thanks to the cook and the waiter for the service!
The place is good for lunch, everything is delicious, but there are nuances.
I took the chebureks with me, and I was disappointed in them.
The cheburek with meat turned out to be sour.
In Belarusian, it's a novelty, it just seemed strange.
Chebureks with meat are 3.5 points out of 5, chebureks with fish are 4. The design for cheburechnaya is very cool, probably something else used to be here or there are gatherings in the evenings. In general, it's fine, but I don't want to go a second time
Well, very tasty chebureks. A small assortment, but overall a great place to pass a few hours in good company. Polite, helpful staff. Of the cons - given the open kitchen and not the best ventilation, the smell of baking will haunt you for a very long time)
Everything is great. Very tasty chebureks ( the name corresponds to the content ) . Most of all, in addition to chebureks, I liked the dish "Frying pan with pancakes and sausages". If you like Slavic cuisine, then come here. You won't regret it. The young ladies have a separate respect for the waiters. I had lunch in this place for two months, and sometimes I had dinner - everything was at a very good level. A good combination : price -quality-service. So come on in, you won't regret it... This is my opinion...
We were at a business lunch. Not everything was on the proposed lunch menu. Quite salty dishes. The service is fast. We didn't stay hungry, but we didn't enjoy eating either.
The idea was good, there is an inexpensive traditional cuisine in the city center, plus freshly prepared chebureks. But there is one significant disadvantage, the smell of the kitchen. Unfortunately, this disadvantage overrides all the advantages. And the assortment is constantly getting scarce. Does Belkoopsoyuz really not have the means to solve these problems!? And the staff is good and the food is delicious!
Chebureks are worth taking in this institution, the dough and fillings in them are delicious.
I do not advise you to take pancakes with meat and mushrooms in pots, they are fatty, there are practically no mushrooms, more fat than meat. I did not like the cappuccino, as it is instant with a minimum amount of milk.
Long wait for food, 30-40 minutes
We visited this place a couple of days ago. We took 4 chebureks with different fillings. Minced meat (beef) is a powder, it tastes all dry, with the taste and smell of burnt oil. If you go there, you obviously won't taste the delicious chebureks. They're not there!
They took the pancakes in a pot, brought them burnt in oil that was already dripping from them. They didn't finish, paid off and left. They have nothing to do with Belarusian cuisine, although this slogan proudly hangs on the signboard. The usual shot glass. The prices are average. I do not recommend visiting.
Cheap prices.Delicious big cheburek with sour cream. The atmosphere of the tavern is in the style of 80-90.It's a good place.I recommend the guests of Minsk to visit. There are national Belarusian dishes, mochanka and draniki..Delicious soups and salads
The name is to the point. I remember this place in the early 90s, as then the chebureks here are excellent!! And to eat delicious food and drink, in short, to sit. If you do not plan to dance, I recommend spending a quiet evening.
Chebureks are more or less tasty. The wine is lousy. The juice is very bad. Coffee is also closer to juice. Chebureks can be tarred. At least the classic ones. No more than that.
Just a good place, without pathos, without pretensions to haute cuisine. The service is fast, the dishes are fresh and delicious, the prices are affordable. If you need a quick and delicious meal - come here definitely.
Nostalgia, but only the word remains...There is less and less meat in chebureks, but for a remark, when calculating, they said that they should have said and would have brought another one))
A great place for your money. Chebureks are always fresh, the sauce is wonderful. Pancakes are like at home, not prepared. The atmosphere of the early 90s))) Parking problem.
I had to wait for an order in a couple of chebureks for about an hour, I didn't sit down, I left.
In general, the camping site is intended for lovers of strong alcohol.
From the positive in this institution, only the interior and "it's not difficult")))maintenance staff. Everything else is just awful! They ordered pasties, not only did they wait for the order for more than half an hour, so as a result they brought it with raw minced meat inside, of course the waitress immediately offered to replace it, but, what does the cook do there, and does he do his direct work at all.!?Very unpleasant! In the morning and at lunchtime, the visitors in this institution are decent, even a lot of visitors with children, but by the evening the institution turns into a "diner for drunks". Men come who start making noise, swearing loudly, moving tables, in general, like in Soviet-era pubs, although it was probably quieter and more modest there. But, as it turned out, the waitress had fun, she laughs and answers: "These are our regular customers," apparently, she likes working in such an atmosphere and with such a client. You can still write and tell a lot of things, but I think this is already enough to draw conclusions about this institution. I am silent about the bathroom, elementary, there are not even napkins, after a comment on this, no action was taken by the employees of the institution. I do NOT recommend Cheburechnaya from the bottom of my heart!
The place is simply excellent
Interesting interior, top-level service, the waiter tried very hard
The assortment may not be the largest, but the dishes are very tasty
The chebureks themselves are so delicious that you can lick your fingers
We went to have lunch with the child, we liked everything!)) Delicious, fast, friendly service. It's a nice place. It was not the first time and we will come again!
On the advice of a popular blogger, we decided to try chebureks. I've tried this dish for the first time in my life. The chebureks were very tasty, juicy, and delicious. I regretted that I had refused tasting earlier. The prices are low, the atmosphere of a roadside cafe.
A couple of months later, we walked around the center and decided to go back to the proven dish.
Disappointment and understanding that I will never eat cheburek again. The dough crumbled, the mega-cheburek with the claimed 300 grams of meat looks like an inflated dough with a small patty inside, the classic cheburek also turned out to be dry, not juicy, fell apart.
The whole dish was a stake, the stomach could not digest this misunderstanding, in the evening intestinal upset and stomach pain.
Chebureks may be delicious in this institution, but then it clearly depends on the cook and cooking technology.
The staff is very polite, friendly and pleasant to talk to.
The stylized interior, cleanliness and very affordable prices will pleasantly please you.
The food was brought quickly (~ 10 minutes). I liked the chebureks, although some people scold them. Maybe the shift was different, or maybe, as they say: "The taste and color are the same enemies."
The Sankabinki are right at the entrance and also delight with their purity.
Chebureks are excellent, delicious dough, unusual filling. They are on TV 5.
The service is very lazy, the waiter does not fit, I waited a long time, then I came up and made an order at the counter. The waiter went out to the other guests. I do not know what this is related to. In general, it is definitely worth going for chebureks, but do not expect a pleasant atmosphere.
A place to just drop in for lunch. There are not many people during the day, so they cook slowly and efficiently. The menu does not shine with variety, but there is no need to demand from such a place. Chebureks are delicious, meat in pots too.
It corresponds to its name. I have known this institution since the 90s. The interior has been changed several times. But the chebureks remained the most delicious.
Simple, very tasty, reasonable prices.
At 3 p.m. on a weekday, we waited for 15 minutes.
It is better not to go by car, there are difficulties with parking on Volodarsky.
A place, of course, with a history. But there are many buts. Firstly, there is a complete lack of ventilation, things then stink terribly with the kitchen, deep-frying. There is no choice of drinks - vodka and cognac from a particularly cheap range. You can wait for hours for food on Friday, but they say 20 minutes. The guy- the waiter - well done. I smoothed the corners as best I could .
We come in once a year - we have such a tradition))
It is served quickly, inexpensively completely. Not a restaurant) but I really love this place. Comfortably.
The big disadvantage is the tiny parking lot.
We visited this institution .
No complaints , it 's just located next to the Minsk hotel .
The dining room , one word .
Not tasty at all ( about chebureks )
We didn't try anything else and there was no desire.
There was some kind of banquet at the next table , the table was being set . The food looks super simple , without frills , interesting serving and small portions .
The interior is crushed by some pieces of wood
They are everywhere there
It 's not pretty , too much
The best Belarusian cuisine, the best interior, the best music, the best bartender Tatiana, and most importantly excellent prices.
Don't come here, it's in my best interest that it's always free for me😇
And I'll come here. And more than once, there will be no photos of food and drinks, because I ate and drank them.
That's it😁
The interior is pretty. The staff is not rude. That's it. The advantages are over. There was no chicken in the Caesar salad, but there was an incomprehensible sweet bitter cheese, which is also iced, that is, frozen. Pancakes with mushrooms. It feels like they were fried in oil, which they used for a year. Fish of unknown origin is not the first freshness. Result. I barely made it home... If you have problems with constipation, I recommend it.
Chebureks are delicious. The dough in them is great. The sauce for them is simple, but it seems to be irreplaceable. I was pleasantly surprised that there were few people on the day off. We used to sign up on weekends by phone. That's why the service was fast! I would like some music.
