Good afternoon , we were passing through Lugansk , we went to the envy for the first time , we were delighted with the cuisine and service , then we went for a week every day , the service staff is not oriented at all , unfortunately ( . According to the food , it probably depends on the cooks , it is delicious , that is , it is impossible . One waiter knows her job , all the others do not even have the desire to make the guest feel good , say hello , etc. Sometimes you have to wait for the menu for 5 minutes or more . They are not engaged in personnel , they are not trained . There is no smile on the face , they communicate rudely , there are no badges . If I were the Manager or the Owner , I would work on serving the guests and also on serving the blbd of the kitchen . Sometimes they brought cold pancakes .

So we visited this wonderful place on Red Square again, the interior is normal, but the service is some kind of quest! On the first visit, everything went fine, they cooked quickly and the service was good, the second time everything went wrong, maybe we got such a shift, we waited for the order for 1 hour, we already drank all the beer, moved to another table, the waiter saw everything, wiped the table even, and as a result our order was taken to others, and it was promptly eaten after another at the table, and then they came to their senses that it wasn't their order... and the fun began. As a result, re-order and wait. And when paying, non-alcoholic beer was punched in the receipt as Stella Artois, and they drank Löwenbräu. I do not recommend it! The waiter Ilya is like from another world...

This is the best cheburechnaya in the World. Seriously. I have been to cheburechnye of different cities, but here is the best. It doesn't even look like a typical cheburechnaya. The interior is a kind of youth, by the way, the music is also. They can turn on music from the 80s and 70s. The food is simply divine! Very tasty (a large selection of chebureks and more!!!) The portions are large and inexpensive. Friends, this is just a Klondike for lovers of delicious food! Very friendly staff,pleasant,friendly,witty beautiful girls !!!
p.s.:while you are waiting for the order, you can chop a penny into dominoes.

We visited the Domino cafe on Red Square for the first time and were more than satisfied. Delicious chebureks with lots of filling, not overcooked, in good oil. They also ordered Gyros, a meat pan, fried capelin and yantyks. Everything is very tasty. I was glad that meat prevailed in all dishes!
The atmosphere is comfortable, beautiful interior, not loud background music.
Excellent service, friendly waiters, minimum waiting time for an order!

We ordered chebureks and 2 pizzas. Well, it's sooo delicious, the pizza fillings are like at home, the dough is thin, soft and tender! Everything is on top! The only difference from the Red Square is the interior. It feels like there was once a restaurant, but here is a good cafe!
