It's a very good place. The food is great, especially the steaks - Pepper steak is the best. There are loyalty cards (bonus ones), and it is not simple, but in addition there is a smartphone application in which you choose how to spend bonuses. The staff is very polite. I have repeatedly observed the picture of their trainings. I recommend it to everyone.

Hand on heart, I could have said earlier that there is no better pub in Almaty. The freshest beer from different manufacturers and varieties, excellent cuisine, atmosphere, and service were all at the highest level!!! But at the end of 2019, something happened... The beer was and remained fresh and frothy, BUT! the menu was updated and prices were raised very high! Plus, fried potato slices are added to each snack. Well, why do I need potatoes in shrimp? And in the capelin? And in the mussels? And all this at exorbitant prices... Prices have doubled, and portions have been reduced by half, and potatoes have been sold everywhere... Anyway, it was my favorite pub... It's a pity to lose loved ones...
