I am a regular customer of Chechil, I have lunch here a couple of times a month, I recently had a birthday party. I like everything, there is always a lively atmosphere, pleasant prices and delicious food. For regular customers, there is a bonus system with 10% cashback - another equally important reason to visit this institution more often!

I really wanted to visit the institution again, but I was refused because of the "sportswear". By the way, we all wear sneakers and fleece sweatshirts, but apparently for the hostesses, sweatpants were the last straw in the bowl of impatience for commoners. Previously, we visited Chechil, we liked everything. This year we held a corporate event there, and we were extremely disappointed. There was no New Year's mood in the institution (unfortunately, everyone was allowed to wear anything (tights, sneakers, hoodies, etc.) Unfortunately, there was no code. There was chaos on the dance floor, there were a lot of young teenagers. No one was keeping order. The presenter and the artists brightened up the situation as best they could. But no one could stop the lawlessness. The food was delicious. The staff is polite. Of course, we will not celebrate any more holidays in this institution. But you can come in for a meal in the afternoon. It's always delicious.

At the entrance, the receptionist and waiters are greeted as if they are the Lords of the whole world. It's just a nightmare.... they answer questions through their teeth. To catch a waiter, you need to wave your hands until you're blue in the face. The drops of the waiter's call on the table are stupidly ignored. Why they were put is unknown) according to the menu: I came to purposefully eat a lamb kebab. I ordered it, another mushroom kebab, potato slices and 2 sauces. After 15 minutes, the waiter says that there is no lamb kebab available. I say: OK, cancel the entire order, I will order another lamb dish, which includes mushrooms and potatoes. To which they replied that they had already punched everything at the cash register . How is that ??? You don't have a barbecue, but the order has already been punched and they can't cancel it... OK, later they canceled the order at the checkout and accepted a new one. After another 15 minutes, they announced to me that this dish was not available either..... the curtain is simple..... I was hungry, but in the end I was able to eat only 2 hours after I arrived... The beef steak was brought. There are no complaints about the chefs. It's really delicious! The meat melts in your mouth. But the service is just a nightmare.... dear Mr. Chechela, have a conversation with your staff and inform them that they are not queens)))) Let it be easier
