As a result, when we arrived, the administrator was rude to us, started rolling her eyes and answering our question in a rude way, the guard came up and resolved the whole situation (respect to the guard) and the administrator gave us a table for 4 people, when we booked for 5 people, we waited another 10 minutes until they brought another chair, but an incomprehensible stool was brought, as a result, the evening was ruined, we just got up and left!!!
My family and I constantly go to your Chechel Pub on Zharokova Street, but this time, because of your administrator, we are very disappointed!!!

Earlier, I left a negative review here, especially criticizing the kitchen. I even received a response from the administration. The answer is constructive, calling for dialogue.
And so, after a year, I am ready to change my comment to a positive one. I don't know what caused it, but the kitchen has definitely been improved!
From now on, I will definitely support the choice of this venue for events.
