We rested in August 2024, for 13 days. The location of the guest house is convenient, the beach is 10 minutes away.walking, market, shops, promenade, opposite the house there is a dining room with good service and prices. The room is equipped with everything you need: air conditioning, refrigerator, furniture, TV, wi-fi, boiler. There is a kitchen with a stove and a microwave on the floor. Bed linen and towels were changed, and laundry services were provided as needed. There were no interruptions in water or electricity. Many thanks to the hostess Aldona for her kindness and hospitality, as well as for solving questions about excursions and transfers. I recommend.

We had a rest from August 13 to 22, 2024.A very nice guest house!Great location!!!The beach is 5 minutes away.There are many shops nearby, different!!!, inexpensive canteens, cafes!!!there is a great dining room in front of the house, very convenient)A friendly, hospitable hostess, ready to help in everything!!!I recommend it to everyone!!!

We spent our holidays in Sukhum, in a guest house, on Sadovaya 7a. Overall, everything is fine. It can be safely recommended for a family holiday. I would also like to thank the hostess Aldon for the warm welcome and support throughout the rest period.

An awesome country, very responsive and kind people towards visitors, contrary to stereotypes. Very affordable prices compared to Sochi. I recommend awesome places and excursions to everyone, there is something to see. Although the length of the country from the border with Russia to the border with Georgia is no more than 200 km!

The only drawback is the open kitchen on each floor. Of course, it needs to be hidden in separate rooms. But the desire to have more rooms won out 💪

We rested in this house with three children for 10 days. Throughout the rest in the house of Chegem, we were able to wash only once, because there was always no hot water. We addressed this problem to the hostess Aldona, to which she replied, "not my problem, wait." There was no light all the time, and not for an hour there was no light, but for 5-8 hours. During the entire stay, we have never had our bed linen and towels replaced, which stink wildly rotten. We were forced to leave Chegem earlier, because living in this house is not full-fledged. When asked to return the money for the unlived days, the hostess of Aldon refused in a rude way. I do not recommend this guest house for recreation, especially with children!

Very convenient location! 10 minutes to the waterfront! A good combination of price and quality! It's clear! On the floor there is a microwave oven, a kettle, dishes for a snack. A very friendly hostess! We arrived late both times- we waited and posted instantly!

The most hospitable hosts. Everything was so good that he wants to come back. It is cozy and clean in the rooms, as well as throughout the house. The sea is nearby for 10 minutes on a quiet walk.
