Very long service! There is no maintenance and service, even the garbage on the table is not noticed. The toilets are constantly occupied or not working, the sanitation is complete. We didn't get any hinkals! Khachapuri was delicious
Great restaurant, insanely delicious homemade quail with potatoes! The waiters were very attentive, changed the dishes on time, poured lemonade, and suggested where to go to Tbilisi. Great respect to the guys, I had fun and ate too much!
Disgusting service! A ruined dinner, a ruined evening, a disgusting impression of the restaurant, the city of Tbilisi, perhaps the whole trip to Georgia. I ordered khinkali for two, Greek salad, unfiltered craft lager beer at Chemo Kargo Restaurant, 108 Tsone Dadiani st., Tbilisi. They brought salad and beer and forgot about the client. And I came to have dinner. Attempts to call the waiter or the manager ended in failure. Moreover, he did not just call, but approached them in the hall and at the bar. They nodded their heads and that was all, there were zero actions. I'm not even talking about the fact that they put me at the front door and the toilet, where everyone was pushing and staring so that a piece wouldn't fit in my throat. The waiters, like the bison, ran around aimlessly, kicking up dust from the floor, shouting something to each other and knocking visitors off their chairs. I ran out of patience, loudly demanded to cancel the order and pay for what I ate. And lo and behold, Khinkali appeared immediately. I refused khinkali and beer, which I did not touch. They started babbling to me about the completed order. To this, I replied that I was not going to wait for the order for so long, with absolutely no regard for the customer from the staff. After asking again about the amount I owe for the salad I ate and not waiting for an answer, I got up and left. But my compassionate wife decided to pay for everything. Result. We ate the salad, paying 30 GEL. Money thrown away, spoiled mood, went hungry. Not a restaurant, but a collective farm entertainment.
