We rested at the hotel for 3 days.
I liked everything.
Good breakfasts, clean rooms.
All necessary bathroom accessories are available.
The only drawback is the location of the rooms.
We had a room on the ground floor and instead of a balcony, the view was on the blank wall of the neighboring building.

The hotel is nice, pleasant, and probably not cheap (still 4 stars)... The rooms are clean, we got a balcony and a gorgeous view of the city, the bathroom is large, there is an ironing board and iron on the floor, which is very convenient, breakfasts are included in the price- there is something to choose from. A pleasant hotel. Perhaps I'll post a view from our balcony here....

The hotel is pleasant, the rooms are good, the breakfasts are too. The staff is very polite, they speak Russian. The room has a kettle, tea bags, sugar. There is a refrigerator. There is an ironing board in the hallway. It was so good that I didn't take pictures. I can't hear the neighbors. There was no balcony in our room.

Not bad. The price pleases. But we moved from them to another hotel. The staff from one o'clock in the morning until morning arranged a hullabaloo in the lobby of the hotel. It was not possible to sleep.

The hotel is very cool. Convenient location, close to the old town, Rike Park, Peace Bridge, sulfur baths and other attractions are very close. Cozy, small. Friendly and friendly staff, clean rooms, delicious breakfasts. I had a rest in June 2022 and in June 2023. I liked everything. Next time, only to this hotel.

We were put in a different room, not the one that was booked and paid for at the time of booking. The "window" of this room overlooked the wall of the destroyed building. The wifi was only working on the first day. The TV didn't work at all.

A very decent hotel! Thanks a lot to the staff. We, a group of Russian tourists, had a great time. We were satisfied with everything! Delicious breakfasts , pleasant communication, clean and cozy rooms. There is a beautiful hall with a fireplace, there are tables outside and in good weather it is nice to pass the evening with a glass of good Georgian wine!) The only thing I would like to note is the bed linen ..., it was synthetic, and it seems to me that cotton is more pleasant! Although, in taste and color, there is no comrade!!) I RECOMMEND IT!! 👍

I agree with many reviews, but we were the only visitors in November, maybe that's why the room was cleaned every other time, during the daytime (when a small child, their desire coincides with his sleep). There were also questions about the cleanliness of towels and cups, I had to wash them to drink.
On the plus side: parking on site is free, if it is placed one after the other, then 4 cars will fit (otherwise the streets are clogged and parking is problematic). Good repair and interior (that's just a strange desire to fix everything with sealant, it looks like a hasty repair), large rooms, no elevator (although 3 floors up). Beautiful balconies overlooking the mountain, the fortress.
The staff is excellent, everyone speaks good Russian. The breakfasts are homemade, not fancy, but everyone will get enough.
Location near Metekhi (5 minutes on foot, 10 minutes to the cable car).
3 minutes from the metro station, 2 large shops (Corefur and Spar (24-hour)).

The location is good. The breakfasts are the same every day, there is no choice, instant coffee, it has been a bad habit for a long time. Sausages are not meat, I also want a variety of egg dishes - soft-boiled eggs, not boiled to blue (by the way, it is tasteless and extremely unhealthy food!!), you can fry an omelet without oil at all, there are special dishes, otherwise people watching their health had almost nothing to eat. Fruits appeared in autumn for 3-4 days and only apples, and this is harvest time in Georgia! In Tbilisi, you can definitely serve 3-4 types of fruits for breakfast. Cleaning yes, daily. The view from the room was on the wall (( accordingly, it is always dark. It would be nice to have a water cooler in the lobby for tourists, this has also long been a given even for 3-star hotels. Well, there is no way to have a snack at the hotel except for breakfast. You can't even drink normal tea or coffee. This is a minus, I think there is no normal coffee in the area either. And we came in a group of 15 people!)) lost profit. I believe that the service will improve, that's why I'm writing! And the aunts from the kitchen will become more cheerful, or maybe you will hire pretty waitresses?))

Very nice, new hotel. The rooms are cozy, everything is new and comfortable. You may not be lucky with the window, specify the view (we had a view of the wall). The breakfasts are good, the chefs can even cook something special. Towels are changed on request. The reception is friendly. We are very satisfied.
