The place is very beautiful, but! It is very difficult to park a car. There is a sooooo small paid parking lot, just under the fortress to the right. After 11 it is already filled. The cost is 150 liras per hour. A little further from the fortress, you can board pleasure boats. However, they all depart around 10-10.30 and walk all day. The place itself is historical and significant for the Russian Navy. A must-visit. But the sooner the better.
The biggest fortress we've been to. Everything is well maintained, it is safe to walk. There are railings everywhere. There are small museums.
From above there are magnificent views of the sea, the port and the city.
Admission is 6 euros for adults and children over 7.
We were in Cesme passing by on a liner. I liked the city very much. I hope that I will come again. The fortress is beautiful, ancient, everything is very comfortably equipped.
A wonderful museum, many interesting exhibits. I was especially pleased with the portrait of Catherine the Great at the entrance to the fortress, the page of history associated with the victory of the Russian fleet is well reflected. The information on the stands is duplicated in English.
A beautiful fortress, small museum halls, including an exhibition dedicated to the Chesma naval battle. Both adults and children liked it. Magnificent view of the bay. Turtles can be found in the courtyard :)

An interesting historical place, especially pleasant to the eyes of a Russian tourist. There are many different cafes for every taste under the walls of the fortress.
A beautiful fortress with a fantastic view of the sea, just for the sake of it it is worth coming to Cesme. There is a museum inside, a whole hall is dedicated to the events of the Russian-Turkish War and the Battle of Chesma.
Great place! We visited from a cruise, the entrance is 100 lira, everything is beautiful, informative. I highly recommend it. Both adults and children liked it.
Excellent fortress museum in Cesme!!!! A must-visit in this city. A qualitatively restored fortress of the 14th century!!!! There are small halls with exhibits scattered in the fortress.
I recommend it!!!!
Russian Russians are extremely beautiful, everything is so well maintained, if I hadn't known that the Russians conquered and defeated the Turks at Yekaterinburg,2 I wouldn't have believed that they appreciate the Russian nation.
