Hello. A very cool store and assortment. We bought a sofa, dining chairs, a bed and a mattress from them. We have been using it for more than 1.5 years, everything is super. The prices and assortment are very pleasing. High-quality furniture from factories is exactly what we were looking for. Now we recommend it to all friends and acquaintances. This is the best furniture salon in Soligorsk. Special thanks to Oksana Nikolaevna, she always speaks as she is. Furniture does not impose, but on the contrary, tells all the advantages and disadvantages. Thank you very much. We will definitely come back for pillows.

A very good store. The hostess is very responsive. We ordered a bed and a mattress, I want to say words of gratitude to the employees of the Verona furniture salon. Before buying furniture, I went through all the shops in our city. But it was here that I made my purchases (bed and mattress). The salon managers competently, patiently and professionally gave advice, answered all questions, and told about the delivery. Delivery on time, but we were absent in the city Oksana Nikolaevna offered delivery at a convenient time for us. Everything is clear and with a soul. Thank you!

- Absolutely no customer orientation and ability to talk. If you tolerate a boorish attitude towards yourself, then order safely. The owner of the store and the driver can lead to a twitching eye. They can only talk in raised tones, several times I made a remark that you don't need to behave like that and talk to me.
I really regret that I turned to this store and made an order, I do not advise anyone to go to them.

We bought a kitchen set. The range is huge, the prices are more adequate and lower than in the market. The quality of the furniture is excellent! We came to the store to look at the furniture, we wanted to buy a sofa and a kitchen table. Previously, we contacted them about the kitchen, but we bought it elsewhere (I liked talking to the seller), because it was much cheaper.
So, the seller asked if we had bought a kitchen, to which we replied that we had bought it elsewhere and decently cheaper. As it turned out, the hostess and her husband were in the store and heard it. These two inadequate people swooped on us and forced us to prove that we had bought shit and a fake. That only they have everything original and that 's why you need to pay them . I offered to come with me and check the quality, because the material is exactly the same as theirs, but these crazy people did not hear me and were fixated on their own.
I highly recommend the store!!!

I visited the store in order to purchase 3 poufs, because a few years earlier I bought a kitchen set there and was very pleased with the purchased product.
I turned to the seller, she explained that she is the director and will not even waste time on me and my order, because she should receive an order for 5 thousand for the kitchen. She categorically refused all my requests to somehow allocate time for me, even on another day. I've heard reviews from friends about the store's director, and now I've come across her boorish behavior myself.

I want to leave a review about the head of the store "Verona" In the evening I bought a kitchen table and when I came home I realized that it did not fit me in size. The next day, I turned to the head of the store with a request to return the table in proper quality and packaging.To which I received a categorical refusal! For a long time, it was impossible to resolve the current situation.Having familiarized herself with her consumer rights, having drawn up papers for filing a lawsuit, she informed the head.And only after these actions, realizing the seriousness of my intentions, demonstrating her dissatisfaction with all her appearance, she agreed to accept the table. A very unpleasant woman.Now I'm going to bypass this store...

I would like to leave a review about this store, the service is terrible, they don't want to explain anything, I went there a couple of times to choose a sofa, I didn't choose anything because the attitude towards customers is terrible, I ordered a sofa in Minsk, too, Petra furniture.You've lived to have your own store in the city, but you can't make an order in it because there are ladies sitting there with such a crown on their heads!!!Ruined the whole mood!By the way, the service in Minsk was better and the price was much lower!do not open this store, run away from there!!!you will also overpay.

I rarely write reviews, of course, but I was just forced. They took out the brain so that they discouraged all desire to buy anything. The store director herself is just rude, we sat down on a chair - she starts shouting at us in a nasty tone:
- You are sitting incorrectly, get up, the weight is up to 80kg.
- Where is it written about this? They would have put up a sign or AT LEAST written it.
We have stated the fact that we have repeatedly heard bad reviews about the director of this store. But she said, and I quote, "I don't want to listen to these 'Soligorsk gossips' here."
And who is spreading this gossip?
In general, she continued to be rude to us until we just left the store.
I just don't understand who entrusted her with an expensive furniture store, because she can't work with people. The maximum that she can be assigned is a rag with a mop. I strongly do not recommend the store if you do not want to rattle your nerves and listen to the rudeness of the director of this store.
