I ordered the Xiaomi 70mai Dash Cam Pro registrar in Russian, there were no problems with phone communication, the order was accepted, we agreed on delivery, there were no problems with delivery either, but the registrar actually turned out to be Chinese, as evidenced by the barcode on the box, as well as instructions and stickers all in Chinese.
there are no hardware differences between the Chinese and Russian versions of the registrar, the difference is only in the firmware, but it was not pleasant when I noticed it (I did not pay attention at once).
the guys just flash the recorders with Chinese firmware into Russian and sell them under the guise of a fully localized device. and they are flashing, by the way, not the latest firmware version...
