I ordered an order for 34,000 to the office on my birthday. In the comments to the order, I wrote IT is IMPORTANT to deliver the BIRTHDAY on time (they said it would be delivered within 90-100 minutes) after 2 hours, I called to clarify what was with the order. They said the courier was close in 10 minutes, it took 20 minutes to call to clarify, they said he was close to wait 10 minutes. I asked when the courier received my order, they said 40 minutes ago. I'm calling the courier. He tells me about loading in the kitchen. This attitude and outright lies in communication with clients are very upsetting. My appetite disappeared in apologies to my colleagues.
