The overall score is 3.75.
There is a pleasant atmosphere inside the establishment, unobtrusive music is playing. And the walls are hung with works by a modern artist, which, by the way, can be purchased. The price tags range from 25 to 85 bucks.
The body was in a state of acclimatization, and therefore my friend and I decided to order "chicken noodle soup". The waiter brought chicken soup and said that, unfortunately, the carrots were out, that the soup would be without it, but we accepted this fact and began to eat. As it turned out, chicken soup in this institution is not able to make at all. The potatoes were overcooked, the noodles tasteless, the broth like water.
What saved this place in my eyes was the service. The girl who wasn't serving our table decided to come over and ask what was wrong. Having found out that she didn't like the soup, she suggested ordering another dish, and not including the soup in the bill. I asked for some other soup, to which she replied, "something else is better." As a result, she advised me to take a "fitness Caesar". The portion was huge, I think it's a plus for many. Everything in the salad was at a high level, except for the sauce, but I wouldn't say that the sauce was disgusting. In general, I would put the salad at 4. The waiter repeatedly asked if everything was fine with the salad, for which great respect to the service. I believe that you will not find good service in Bishkek in every institution. The waiting time for dishes is 5-10 minutes.
Summing up, I put:
For the service - 5;
For a salad - 4;
For soup - 1;
For the interior - 5.
