I give it a high rating because I generally like this place, the beautiful interior, the delicious food, and the service I've always been lucky with so far. There is live music. But I must say, of course, the prices are too high, at the level of Minsk, although even in Minsk there are establishments with good cuisine, with lower prices. I would like this to be taken into account. Well, I also wish that new dishes would not stop being added. I also ordered tartare once, with parmesan mousse and sweet potato fries (weighing 230 g), visually it seemed very small. It seems to me that it was less than 230 g) But this is just my observation and assumptions.

We were at this institution today. Very tasty, clean, beautiful. The menu is small, but decent. The big disadvantage is the service. After paying the bill, the waiter and the receptionist in front of our table at the bar were indignant about the tip, of course we saw and heard everything, the mood immediately dropped and the desire to visit such a place too. You can go into the back room and discuss everyone from head to toe in turn, but doing it in front of our eyes, making faces, waving our check and money is just the lowest of all, disrespectful to the client.

The food is very tasty, the dishes and the interior are perfectly decorated, but the waiters spoil the whole impression. Recently, we celebrated others and were very outraged by the fact that they had to constantly look for them to remove dirty or empty plates, and then additionally ask them to bring clean ones in return (isn't it clear that people did not come for one hour and they should always have an individual plate and cutlery). Putting all the alcohol on the tables at once is also a separate conversation... They probably don't know the rules of banquet service at all.
And to the chefs - a separate respect and a huge thank you! Even in the capital, it is not always possible to find such delicious and beautiful dishes! We had a great gastronomic pleasure!

- if I don't smoke hookah, then I can't sit in the gym in the evening because it's very smoky. It is not possible to call the dishes unique, but their price is quite high. She's probably like this because of the author's pitch, but that's not enough.
Example: brownie is a chocolate chip with caramel sauce and ice cream, but the crumb is dry, and in the classic dessert it is provided. I think serving shouldn't work to the detriment of taste.

I was passing through this place. The establishment is located in the basement. The interior is OK, although it's not very clear, if you have a hookah, then it's more logical to make a smoking area and not. Maybe because the room is small, everything is in a pile. The admin is out of place, rude. The staff has zero service. I would advise you to either change them or send them to study. Prices are closer to Minsk prices, and the service level is very low. Apparently, there is not much choice of establishments in Borisov, so people have to go to such eateries.

ChiCoCo is a place where you want to come back! The atmosphere is incredibly cozy, the interior is stylish and thoughtful. The staff is polite, attentive and always ready to help with the selection of dishes. And the food is just a delight! Everything is very tasty, beautifully served and cooked with soul. Waitresses are a disaster, of course, for such an institution. No attention or contact with the visitor. If there is a comment about the dish on its design or the quality of taste (and according to rumors, this often happens here), please do not prove or argue with the visitor, but call the cook who cooked. This is the etiquette of any restaurant.
This also applies to beer, which eventually turned sour in the barrel, thanks to the bartender for confirming it. Since the waiter thought it was of normal quality.
The owner of this institution, if you want to have a place with a level, start with the staff! Otherwise, it won't shine.

We booked a table for 7 people for a birthday celebration. The table itself is really small (probably 4x), it was uncomfortable, they sat shyly, especially men.
