We were here in August 2024. It's a wonderful place, but the base itself needs to be repaired. The cost of a bath of 100 rubles for three hours leaves much to be desired, it is miniature in size, if you want to order for a large company, then take this into account. The receptionist Marina was very pleased. There is something to entertain yourself with- subs, cheesecakes, a walking ferry) There is a kitchen quite decent. You can rent it if you forgot something.

We rested with the company for two days in May 2024. The base is neat, clean, all services (accommodation, conditions, equipment of the territory, sauna) are at a good level, the location is wonderful, on the shore of a beautiful lake in a pine forest

It was a very emotional place, it was the 8th, I took my family out of the city. This is the best place. The houses are warm, there is hot water. There is everything from a plate to a bed, everything is there. A quiet clean forest. It turned out to be a cool vacation.

The entrance to the base is on a very bad road, you can hook the bumper. We moved into a three-storey house, WiFi was not working(we decided quickly, it turned out we forgot to pay)The handles in some of the doors didn't work. The doors are knocking hard and are being fastened. In the process of housing, friends could not leave the room, the tongue in the door jammed. The fantastic pallet cabinet is dusty, without doors and there are benches all around. It was unpleasant to put clothes in it. Electricity was cut off 5-6 times a day, almost every day (off, on). A big plus: a dishwasher, many bathrooms, a large banquet hall, very helpful when it rains. Plus: there is a volleyball and football court, there are balls. Sauna 200r. 3 hours, barrel 100. Catamaran 25r. Hour. There is a problem with fishing: there are no boats, only two piers. We were unlucky with fishing: 4 feeders, 2 spinning rods and one fishing rod. About 15 bream (the largest is about 1kg) , 10 rotans and one perch (a trifle) and all this in three days. The water is muddy. The staff is nice, pleasant and helpful.

A spiritual place, on the shore of the Chigirinsky reservoir!Sapboards, kayaks, catamarans are at the disposal of vacationers! All conditions for fishing! Very tasty food, during organized races!Great company! Living right in the forest: I want to breathe and breathe deeply! 5 out of 5!

Voltage fluctuations that give the impression that there is no electricity at all. Houses are worth it and fine. You have to try to close the doors. The heating is stovepipe and not in all rooms, i.e. it may be cold.
There are only plates from the dishes.
There's dust everywhere...
