Today I visited the Salon at 63a Efremova Street . Everything went wrong from the very beginning. The receptionist invited me to the pedicure chair mentioning that I was 10 minutes late. although I had an appointment for another one and came for earlier. It was the first and last time.
This is my worst manicure ever…
When I entered the salon, I was led to the table and I was waiting for the master.
The master comes and I start telling him what I want (what shape, design, etc.)
As a result, the administrator runs up and says that they got it a little mixed up and it's not my master.
I'm like, well, everything happens in life.
Then my master came and I had to repeat everything all over again.
Then the receptionist asked about coffee and tea. I asked for a cappuccino.As a result, 30 minutes pass and then the admin decides to come up and say that the machine is being cleaned.And let's move on to the most important thing, you can't find fault with the nail treatment, the manicure is clean.But everything fell out of the master's hands.When filing my nails, I was cut twice.
And the master herself said that we will have time to do my manicure in 1.5 hours.
They did it in 2.10 hours and when I went to pay, they told me 42 rubles, but it should have been 46 rubles.The price was reduced because the master sawed through my nail on the side, the milling cutter flew off and because I was injured.Then the administrator herself starts telling me that you have a drawing on two nails, so it was longer.Although I had a stamping and it's faster than drawing by hand.I tell her that the master told me he would do it in 1.5 hours!And she told me the opposite again!The service is at 0.
And I'm not the most picky customer, but I couldn't even stand it!

16.02 in the salon on Krasnoarmeyskaya 11a, I was building up my eyelashes.The whole procedure lasted no more than an hour, although before that I have been increasing my eyelashes for 5 years and always in at least 2.5 hours.Recently I went to a top master, before she moved to Minsk, and I know what a high-quality build-up is, and what a blunder is, and it's ready.In this case, it was exactly like that, the feeling that the master has zero work experience, or zero desire to work,it is the third day after the build-up, the desire to pull out the eyelashes along with the eyes, the bundles on the eyes are not 3dand all 13, they are all just glued together, or one bundle is glued to five of my eyelashes, and about thatwhy was the build-up so fast, because half of it just wasn't grown on one and the second eye, you look at the eyes and understand, there are ten bundles glued together, but they just perfectly glue together forming a mass of like extended eyelashes, their non-extended ones make their way out from under the extended ones, the picture is creepy at close proximity, well a plus to the build-up is constantly watery red eyes, because something cuts them badly, especially if you close your eyes.the master chewed gum the whole procedure (imagine that they constantly chew something in front of your face, while increasing eyelashes) and then ran to smoke, probably increased it so quickly because she was in a hurry to get out.

The choice of materials is disgusting, I decided to make a French jacket, but the base ran out of the right color, chose another one, but it turned out that there was also one jar left and it was used by a master who sits across the table from my master, and you either have to wait for 30 minutes or choose something else again… I agreed to a monochrome coating with another varnish, began to choose a design, it turned out that the desired foil color would not be enough for the second hand.. she left with a plain coating.
