I did a manicure with a coating of ordinary varnish. I was dissatisfied with the service, since less than a day after the manicure, the coating looks like this (in the photo). There was no point in varnishing such a low quality at all.
The master and the admin were nice, the interior was nice too, but I won't be coming back.

I attended manicure services. I was 9 months pregnant, I was going to give birth a week later, and the master accepted me, having a viral disease known to everyone, and did not stay at home. At first I thought she was wiping sweat under a mask, because I'm also a master and I know what it's like to work in a mask. And it turns out that she wiped her snot and then did everything to me with such hands. An hour later, the administrator comes up and does not hesitate to ask: "How are you?", and the master responds to her: "I'm already tired of working, I'm going on sick leave" (time 11 a.m.). And then I felt sick, because I realized that she was not wiping sweat, but snot, then she began to cough very violently and bronchitis. And all the masters passing by periodically blew their noses and spoke through their noses. Of course, I stayed until the end, because I found out about the disease when half of the coverage was already done. But nothing inside them even jumped, it was obvious that the pregnant woman had come with child. Bottom line: after a few hours, I felt sick, my throat hurt terribly, I had never been so severely ill as that time! For the first time in 3 years, I got sick! And I was ill for a very long time, it gave me serious complications, which to this day, a year later, I still feel. The prices in the salon are above average, but I am a client who is willing to pay more for quality, sterility and a pleasant atmosphere, and also for safety, because if the masters are so severely ill, and what kind of safety can we talk about for a client, especially a pregnant one. I also really didn't like that the administrator was constantly over my head, came up to the tables and talked nonsense with the masters. I want some personal space. And after the procedure, without asking if I'm in a hurry, they start shooting content for Instagram for a long time, it happened every few times when I came. While they set up the light, they will choose the angle...When I said that I was in a hurry, they told me: "It will only take 5 minutes!" I understand everything, but you need to ask about this at least for the sake of decency, I was outraged by the fact that no one took my opinion into account. We lost a client, but it was possible to treat a pregnant woman like a human being and say that the master was ill, I would understand everything and appreciate this act.
