A very good clinic. Excellent administration, qualified doctors. As always, everything is high-quality and fast. They find a common language with the kids for once or twice:)
I like our clinic. The pediatrician and the nurse of the 8th precinct do their job well, the son was ill for half a year, then the pediatrician herself came home to us after the reception to check the baby. The nurse always helps too and advises where to go. They assigned warming up to the elder, very polite employees, try to win over the child so that they would not be afraid. A very cool doctor ENT (popularly explains the consequence and talks about the treatment several times) and a good nurse (handles the queue very quickly and organizes everything). Thanks to the registry staff: once I needed 4 coupons for a commission with a child, I already managed to get upset that I would have to live in a polyclinic, and the registrar herself gave us coupons all in one day with a difference of 20 minutes. Well, cool! We just went to the offices for our time and didn't chase anyone.
Thank you also that strollers can be delivered directly to the hall, especially in winter - this is a very good solution.
Yes, vaccinations can be difficult, but as everywhere, if there is a request from a parent, they are brought.
I would like to add the opportunity to go to the toilet not with a child in my arms, I have not yet seen an opportunity in a different way, there is no place where you can put a child, but go quietly yourself.
And there is not enough play area to occupy the children in the queue. No pictures on the walls, no toys, no books. I'm not saying to organize a play center, but children don't sit in line for a long time, who is on the phones, and who is running headlong.
Excellent and a little more))
Polite staff. There are no queues. Organization of receptions at the highest level. In the regions, this can only be found in paid clinics
