We visited Georgia with friends in September 2024. The rest was great! We were greeted with warmth and willingness to help. The rooms are clean, comfortable, with all standard amenities. The rooms were cleaned on request, they asked for cleaning and went for a walk or to the sea, when they returned, everything was clean and tidy. The choice of the hotel is great for relaxing with friends or family. Very convenient location, close to cafes with shops and the sea in 5 minutes. There is a swimming pool and sun loungers. I was pleased with the food, we took breakfast)
There's just nothing to say about this hotel, it's hard to even call it a hotel... we checked into a miracle room, offered good conditions and photos were shown in the end: the shower is just a watering can that flows immediately to the toilet and toilet paper, the towel dryer broke off immediately, the TV barely shows, there is no refrigerator, the approach to the bed is only on one side, on the second if you just press against the wall... We left our things and went to the sea, we come in the evening at 21.00 we wash, I go to bed, and she's still wet..... We tell the owner, and he tells me - yes, you peed yourself...that's the twist - and we really weren't there....come on, the bed was changed with screams and insults, the next day they were moved to another room, and then probably because the police were called at night.... come on, if you hope for a normal breakfast, I also do not advise, oatmeal-tomatoes-cucumbers-bpton-butter-jam... sometimes boiled eggs or sausage. They gave me cheese once... by the way, the room has never been cleaned in 11 days and the garbage is also not thrown out...
The site, which comes from Belarus, shows a very sad situation, nevertheless, the monument is made in the first place. On the second floor, the toilets in the rooms do not have an airing window, so the rooms smell damp. Otherwise, there is a swimming pool that is cleaned every evening, the rooms are clean. A big question for room cleaning: in 10 days we have never had our bed linen changed, towels were sometimes brought in unwashed stains. But the sea is a 5-minute slow walk away, next to the banana club with excellent hosts from Belarus.
