I handed over a white adidas down jacket, if it wasn't original, I would definitely wash it myself. They said that the inscription could be washed off, they do not give guarantees for washing. Not all the stains were washed off and the color was changed from pure white to a darker shade. At a cost of 20 rubles. I expected more from the dry cleaners.

One of the branches of this enterprise, which is located in the city of Bobruisk, is the only dry cleaning. Probably because of this, it is possible to work so terribly.
There are not enough staff, the equipment is outdated. The acceptance is terrible, things are not accepted, because the master is new and does not quite know how to do dry cleaning, and the master who knows how to clean everything has quit. Acceptance takes 15 minutes - one unit. I have been serviced for 10 years, but there has never been such a terrible service. As soon as the company transferred to the balance sheet of Mogilev, all the problems began. The management should build the work process and update the equipment, and not only issue directives from above on how to evade responsibility (warn the customer) for the services provided.
