Very beautiful places. If you come to Tashkent, be sure to visit these beautiful places. The taxi driver I hired for the day cost 600 thousand soums. It was on Thursday. There are several groups in the telegram that organize weekend group trips for 100-200 thousand soums: Fri-VSK.
It's worth a ride on an old Soviet-era cable car. There are much more impressions on it than from the cable car with closed cabins built by the Turks. :-) There are gorgeous views of the mountains at the top of the cable car. Downstairs, the locals offer to get to the snow on horseback and quadricks. In general, there is something to do.

There is no cone, and the snow top is 90° above you... It cannot be described in words, it must be seen.. There is another beautiful place nearby - the Charvak reservoir...

The chairlift is very old, FROM Soviet TIMES, there is a strong smell of horse droppings, there is no normal toilet. There is no normal parking, but the money is charged forcibly. It's a terrible place.

It was in the spring, in May. I look at the resort like a skier: double-seat lifts, ancient, of course, as fresh as something, but very similar. The rate of ascent is low, in winter it is hell to come to stand in line... There is a second tow bar nearby, but also not that. Entertainment is scarce in this region. I put 4 for the beauty and low price tag of the resort.
