Thank you so much for returning my product, for which I paid money, which I waited endlessly, part of which was stolen or simply not put in (you don't check the product (that is, pay the money, and what comes will come)) and which I had to wait again and send the courier several times to the South Gate, because your office marked my product and the goods of other customers with the same number and it was on SE that it was opened, and not at customs, as you describe (I am not a particularly experienced client, but I am aware (it is strange why you are not).
More than 10 people have written to me that they will no longer have business with you under any circumstances. You have eternal problems with customs, snow in winter, heat in summer.
It's good that I ordered a trial batch through you, I ordered the main product through my intermediary, by the way later, and the product arrived before NG.
The result: you do not fulfill your obligations, constant delays, you do not know how to communicate with customers, from the word at all.
Learn to work instead of blaming others.
It is immediately clear that good reviews are custom - made . If you want to save your nerves, never contact this office. I have experience working with cargo - I have never seen such an outrage. The delivery time is simply unrealistic (50 days) I don't know what they were carrying. The product arrived in Russia and got lost , I'm waiting again , they put an empty box in the box , I don 't know what for , probably to rip off the money, but the most interesting thing is the position of the manager , I ordered it -wait and don 't ask questions . On top of everything else, there is still not enough product , I do not know how they check and check if they check at all , losses again . Darkness and horror . Later, people wrote to me that they also ordered goods through this cargo and everything is the same, they have been waiting for the goods for months. Think a million times before contacting China Road.
