It seems like a relatively high-level restaurant. We ordered Yunmin Puer, two tom-yams, bone marrow with veal tartare, Philadelphia rolls and Spicy tuna. Two stars purely for tea and bone marrow.
1. The tea is excellent, earthy, dispersed a little.
2. Tom-yam is some kind of joke, soup with champignons and one quartered shitaki, one cherry tomato and two shrimps. The broth is not aggressive, the tomato spice was there, the Kaffir lime is still floating in the plate, there is no lemongrass, for that there is a tired parsley. 18 manats, let me remind you.
3. The bone marrow is cooked perfectly, the onion is on top, it has delicious and crispy bread with a light glaze. But with tartare, it's the opposite, subjectively unpleasant sour sauce, so you won't understand if the meat is fresh. And so according to the standard - cucumbers and onions.
4. There are no special complaints about Philadelphia, but they have moved away from the classics a little bit
5. Spicy tuna roll, oh, first of all, spicy mayonnaise is not spicy mayonnaise at all, but just some kind of sour paprika sauce. Secondly, instead of pieces of tuna, there are husks, torn fibers, not a buzz at all.
There are 0 complaints about the service, the atmosphere is also pleasant. You can come to tea!
We read the reviews about the restaurant, but decided to check it out for ourselves anyway and made sure that the cuisine is really quite mediocre, despite the pomposity of the place itself and its pricing policy.
We took spider rolls and pad thai noodles and something like a non-alcoholic fruit cocktail from the main menu.
The dishes are about 1500 rubles, the drink is about 1000 rubles. - definitely not worth this money.
Rolls: small, with rice "bald spots", look poor.
Pad thai: a good portion of noodles, lots of sprouts, there are small shrimp (I would say micro), pieces of chicken, a handful of peanuts separately. It doesn't taste like pad thai, just a set of these products in a sweet sauce.
Drink: It is important for me that there are no syrups (or that it is clearly spelled out in the menu). The base is most likely apple juice, with lumps of kiwi and strawberry and with syrup (the waiter did not hide the presence of syrup).
The service is good, but it should be noted that at that time there were only 3 tables with guests.
We won't go a second time (what can you say about the cheese factory, Marie Ivanna)
As for the food, everything was delicious, and I give 2 stars for that. The service is disgusting. At first, I waited 20 minutes for the menu, then another 30 so that at least someone would come up and take the order. I finished my lunch, I look at the waiters to come up and calculate, since there are no buttons on the tables. But, apparently, it was necessary to shout to attract attention. I went to the account on my own. Then I waited another 30 minutes for someone to come up and take my check. But without waiting for anyone, I went to pay for it myself again.
We had dinner at this place today with my husband and child. The most not tasty place of all that was visited in Baku. With the highest price tag at the same time.We waited for the menu for 15 minutes (!)Tom yam in their reading is just a spicy tomato soup with liquid broth and two shrimp. The paste is tasteless.Lemonade = water with syrup 😬 I haven't eaten such tasteless rolls for a very long time, while they were cooked for an insanely long time. The child couldn't even finish the nuggets, although he always eats them with lightning speed, and even he wasn't tasty here. It is not at all clear where such a price tag comes from in the absence of normal service and a completely mediocre kitchen.I do not recommend visiting.

It's a pretty strange place. Kind of like a club, but not a club. The rolls are delicious, but the prices are unreasonably high. The menu is very small, there is very little choice. I didn't like the hookah, it was much below average, and the price was very high. Because of the loud music, it is not possible to communicate and, in general, it is not too cozy. In my subjective opinion 3-
We were not allowed in the evening with a 1-year-old child, although we wanted to have a snack and go home! Our son is sociable, loves club music, and they had a buzz.
The catering point at the funicular has been operating since Soviet times. In 2010, major repairs were carried out. The concept is pan-Asian, based on the "Buddha Bar". Pathetic, in general. There are a lot of expats and glamorous chicks. The kitchen is "open" (behind glass), you can see (from some tables) how they cook. The chefs have a knack (for example, sweet and sour sauce is quite like in Asia; fried rice is tender and does not fade). The products are of high quality. But not everything on the menu is available. The prices are still too high. Music in the style of a fashion show gets... ((
Not tasty! It's not the first time I've given this place a chance, but the prices for the quality of food do not match. The place is more for a chill, but neither for what would really be delicious to eat.
We came here during our vacation in August. The atmosphere is very good, but it was quite cool inside (in the height of summer, yes, but the air conditioners worked too much). The food was very tasty (we really liked it), but still the price tag is too high.
The service in the restaurant leaves much to be desired. The administrator is not competent in booking matters. The waiters serve very slowly and forget about the accepted order. The receipt was waited for more than 20 minutes and it was brought after the reminder. They forgot about dessert in general, as well as about cutlery.
There were February 3, a nightmarish kitchen with a claim, they cook disgusting, rib eye steak turned out to be Viennese schnitzel without breading, go around!
