But today an unpleasant situation occurred: the hairdresser cut my son's hair, I paid for it, the second hairdresser cut my husband's hair. Usually, the one who cuts the hair from the masters is paid for the haircut, but this time everything went wrong. The hairdresser who cut my son's hair apparently decided to help her colleague with this and decided to charge me herself. I gave her 15 rubles. Because she was looking for change for me, she got confused and began to accuse me of not giving her the money. She went to count the proceeds in front of me and accused me for the second time that I didn't give her the money. I repeated that I had personally given her the money. After recalculating the proceeds for the third time, she realized that she was mistaken and that she still received the money from me, telling me at the same time: Well, I'm sorry. And how can I live with it. I was accused of fraud in front of other clients. There is no other way to call it. I'm hypertensive, I shouldn't worry, and my blood pressure has risen from excitement. I am an honest person, I have never taken someone else's money in my life and I have never deceived anyone. And the most unpleasant thing about it is that this master always cut my hair and I was always happy with her work. And now my whole family will have to look for another hairdresser, because I will never be able to forget the humiliation that I experienced. As a result, I was very upset, and left without writing anything in the complaint book. But in vain.
I wanted a standard "potty" haircut, but it turned out to be a model haircut that absolutely does not suit me.
I recommend a hairdresser named M. to be more sensitive and attentive to clients. And their requests. A little bit of creativity and going beyond.
