A great place in Baku where you can eat delicious food. A diverse cuisine, dominated not only by Japanese, friendly staff who are ready to help you with a choice and a good interior. This is the second time I have placed this place and I think it will definitely not be the last.
There are interesting variations of rolls on the menu if you are not looking for classics, but classic dishes and snacks here are not tasty at all. Of course, we didn't try all the menus, but we were disappointed with the quality of what we tried.
Tempura Maki roll (17 ₼) – shrimp, smoked salmon, cream cheese, cucumber. Roll, this is the only thing that was delicious from the main menu.
– 🍤 Gyoza with shrimp (15 ₼) – very dry gyoza. Even in comparison with frozen store–bought ones, the gyoza here does not taste at all tasty and juicy. It feels like the shrimp filling is heavily diluted with something dry.
– Miso soup with ramen noodles and chicken (8 ₼) – miso broth is rich and delicious, a lot of mushrooms, but there were very few noodles, which were expected in the soup more. And the soup was served with a regular tablespoon : (
– 🍗 Karaage (15 ₼) – chicken in a special batter and mustard-soy dressing. We ordered this snack expecting soft pieces of chicken with a rich taste, but the taste and consistency disappointed. The chicken is hard and tasteless. For such a simple snack, the price is also unreasonably high.
– ☕️ Da Hong Pao Tea (9 ₼) is a beautiful tea serving.
The staff is super, all pros, will prompt and tell and will take into account wishes)
The atmosphere is very cool
The waiting time is small
The food is sooo delicious, the choice is great
Prices bite a bit
In general, I've been here 10 times and it's always been great))
