03/31/2020 I came to the store at the address Minsk Dimitrova str. d5 for the equipment I needed. When I went to the customer service counter, I saw three employees sorting through something. I was asked to wait with a malicious smile on my face.
I agreed and walked around the hall.
When I asked again how long I had to wait, I was maliciously answered for 10 minutes.
I think that out of the three employees, someone could help me!
Next, I decided to write a complaint! I was given a book of complaints and suggestions with a question in the style of write what do you want to tell you the answer right away or send it by mail?!
I was even more outraged by this. I wrote a complaint and left. I myself and all my friends will never recommend contacting this place.
I bought a Mastech MS6906 detector from them. He worked for a while, and then started working on his algorithm. 1. The device is working. 2. The device, when you press the scan button, shows that it is in working condition, but it does not work. 3. When you press the scan button, it starts beeping without interruption. I couldn't catch any logic in the behavior of the device. I contacted the store under warranty. They took it for verification. They returned with the conclusion that the device is working as it should. That is, according to their logic, this is exactly how the device should work - through the stump deck.
I put 3, although it's a stretch. The consultants in the store are not competent. The attitude is not caring. Coming to the store without pre-ordering the necessary items is a lost cause, you can stand in a queue of 3 people for 40 minutes. It seems to be packaged in boxes, but the system does not work - everything is searched very slowly. Although online orders are also not a panacea, my order hung in the status "ready today" for more than a week, as a result, I went to the store to figure it out, they said that one of the positions would come from Moscow and the timing is not really known. Why is this not displayed in your personal account? In general, belchip is our everything, although it is not so convenient to get to it.
I really don't like the service in the store. It feels like the staff doesn't give a damn about you. Also, it seems that they don't really understand what they sell. I don't want to level everyone up, there are a lot of sellers working on the shift, and maybe I just came across such, but so far my feedback is not particularly positive...
The assortment is large, but in terms of choice, you will not really find what is necessary in terms of parameters. Prices for many goods are still overpriced.
And yes, I tried to call the phone number at the store. One was unavailable, and the other was not lifted for a long time, after which they did it anyway and immediately threw it off. It was unpleasant

It is impossible to get through. I paid for the delivery by bank transfer. I had to go myself and pick it up, because I didn't have enough strength to wait for the courier's call in 3 days. There were 3 people in front of me and all agreed with me when I asked the question "why can't I get through?" The sellers said that the call center is working........I will not recommend it to friends

A good electronics and components store, of which there are only a few in Minsk. There may be maintenance problems, but I haven't encountered them yet.
Problems with delivery, communication is not willingly and with dissatisfaction, the cost of goods is overestimated by 30-50% of the average market price.
