I called about the key to the Mercedes, they announced that the diagnosis was free, an employee arrived, although he did not accept my order, opened the lid, measured the voltage on a battery (3.0 v) but decided that this was not enough and changed it to his battery with a voltage (3.15 v) approached the car and what was the surprise that nothing was solved by replacing the battery,after that, he got into the car and started poking at the buttons in the hope that I hadn't thought of it without him and in parallel had a nice conversation with some friend of mine on the phone while sitting in my car, after that he came out and said that he didn't know what the reason was and demanded 10p for the battery, to my surprise what was there for the battery, he said that the battery costs 4 rubles, and for the fact that he opened the case and put the battery there without agreeing with me at the moment, he took 6 rubles, with such success you can just change the batteries and earn at the expense of this, 0/10 satisfied chips (

And the key was sending signals (the master saw it himself), respectively, it's not about the battery.
No one has notified about the replacement and the cost of replacing the battery.
And what you call diagnostics and competent work, the fact that your master got into the car, poked all the buttons and talked on the phone is definitely not about the keys, it's even funny

I want to thank the wonderful master Vladislav. He saved me from buying new glasses (and this is not a cheap pleasure). For the efforts and the time that Vladislav spent on repairing my glasses, you need to take a lot of money.
In general, I heartily recommend it, the guy is a pro in his field!

I do not give five stars, since I recently went to fix glasses (the shackle broke). I came, the master does not understand glasses at ALL. Of course he tried to tell me what was wrong, but I only understood how he would fix it.:(

I was looking for workshops to make a key. I've traveled a lot, sometimes I don't have a key, sometimes they don't. I came to this one, showed it, looked at it, and was told that I needed 4 days to make such a key. I agreed. I came and picked it up 4 days later. I checked everything works fine and fits perfectly. Excellent workshop. Thank you very much! I will contact you again.

Покупал в этом месте заготовку выкидного ключа Volvo вместе с нарезкой. Мастер начал нарезать ключ, сделал это не с первого раза, что-то там дорабатывал и в итоге отдал мне готовый ключ. Мало того, что ключ не хотел нормально заходить в ориг корпус, так и выкидной механизм работал с заеданием. На вопрос, почему так плохо работает-развел плечами, сделав вид, что не видит в этом ничего плохого. Ок, я забрал ключ, расплатился и уехал. В итоге: при попытке повернуть ключ в замке-весь его выкидной механизм разлетелся на части. Внутри отламался стопор пружины и тп. Собрал с запчастей ориг корпуса. Повторная попытка завести машину- ключ заедает в замке и нормально не проворачивается. Крайне негативный впечатления от сервиса. PS: прикрепил фото изготовленного ключа. Напильником можно было бы аккуратнее сделать. Даже одной звезды жалко за такую работу.
Дополнено:
На следующий день позвонил владелец магазина(сервиса). После продолжительной беседы- извинился за произошедшее и вернул деньги за работу и сам ключ.

Первое впечатление сложилось не очень, как как мастер работал не хотя. При мне отшил троих клиентов, то заготовки нет, то просто не получится или не сможет...
