I worked for about half an hour, although others did this volume for an hour. I didn't dry anything after washing. There was dog hair on the couch. I took more money than the rest — 168 BYN. He also warned that the dog had peed on the sofa, for which he charged extra. Result: the urine odor was not completely removed.

I ordered a dry cleaning of the sofa, agreed on the day and time (18:15), on the appointed day at 18:25 a representative of the company called and said that the master would not be able to come due to a small accident, waiting for the traffic police. In general, the conversation went well, anything happens, we agreed that the master would arrive on Saturday at 12 and I would get a discount. I made all the plans for cleaning again and at 12 no one arrived, at 12:08 I called the number from which I received a call on Wednesday - no one picked it up, at 12:15 I called the number listed on the website - silence. As a result, no one came. I don't advise anyone. Updated: 4 days have passed since then, no one has called back. There was a hope that they would show up after the weekend, but this did not happen.
