I would like to leave a review about the workshop "Chisto Blisto".
I have been looking for a good shoe repair shop for a long time (previously, I gave shoes to workshops in the center of Yerevan for repair, and the quality of even such a standard procedure as "replacing the shoe" left much to be desired, although the rating of the workshops was not bad).
Absolutely everything was fine in this workshop: service and quality of work.
The workshop looks very neat inside and out. My initial request to the workshop consisted of: replacing the pads and native insoles in the boots, replacing the runners on the same boots. The master examined the boots quite carefully, said that he would also fix some irregularities in the boots in addition to my requests. The repair cost was announced by the master immediately after the inspection (and the cost did not change after the repair, which is a big plus). It was possible to make a small advance before the start of the repair, which I did. The advance can be paid either in cash or by card. They gave me an advance payment receipt (also a big plus, usually workshops only give handwritten receipts). The master also entered my contact phone number into the database, and then the workshop kept in touch with me via WhatsApp (shoe repair was assigned a specific number and the workshop notified via messenger about the very fact of the order by order number, cost and advance payment, readiness, etc.).
When ready, the workshop notifies in the same messenger. And also an important advantage of this workshop is the availability of ready-to-repair shoe delivery to the home address (delivery is carried out on certain days, different areas of the city are assigned a specific delivery day - you can check in the workshop). When handing over the shoes, the courier asks to inspect them (I assume that taking into account the fact that if something does not triple the customer, the courier takes the shoes back to the workshop for revision). The boots looked great after the repair (even such simple procedures as "replacing pads and runners" were done perfectly), the boots are nice to look at!
Although this workshop is located far from the center of Yerevan, but if I still need to repair shoes in the future, I will definitely contact you here!

I am satisfied with the quality of shoe repair and the level of service. The only negative is that it is far from the city center. And the shipping cost of 1000 AMD is also not very affordable for frequent calls to this company. I think we can open another branch closer to the city center, or at least deliver 500 drams.

I want to leave a review about the work of my shoe repair shop. A few months ago, my favorite leather shoes had a cracked sole. I almost decided to throw them away, but a friend advised me to contact this workshop.
After accepting the order, the master carefully examined the shoes and told about the restoration process. A couple of days later, I picked up the finished shoes, and they looked just perfect! The sole was completely replaced, the scratches on the skin were cleaned and tinted. The shoes seemed to have gained a second life.
Many thanks to the craftsmen for their professionalism and love for their work! Now that I need to change my shoes, I know where to go.

I addressed the problem on my favorite leather bag, which was damaged, already very upset by the tear on the skin. I thought I wouldn't be able to carry a bag anymore. But they pleasantly surprised me. They offered decorative details on top of the gap that looked like the original ones.
In addition, they gave me useful tips on taking care of the bag so that it would last longer.

The price is quite a lot for the work, but it's worth it if the bag is expensive.
I would also like to say that it is difficult to find a place: in the photos in Yandex (here) it is not this office of the company, but Krasnodar. The local office/workshop is located in the village, in a private house, without signage and signs. It is necessary to leave the road to the airport and go 500 meters deeper into the village (right, straight and left). This house doesn't have a number or a bell. The landmark is the black gate))
I advise the workshop managers to explain this point immediately. If I had been without my Yerevan Brother, I would not have found them)))
But they promised to make a sign soon.

DISGUSTING SERVICE AND RUINED SHOES🤮FIND ANOTHER PLACE!
March 2023, I gave textile sneakers for cleaning, the price at the place was announced 6000-7000dram.
There are no supporting documents that the shoes were taken away for cleaning.. after that, the price was announced at 9000dram🤷🏼♀️
On the day when the shoes were ready, I was given raw and dirty sneakers, one sneaker was deformed from above, the "nose" was poorly glued on the other (the nose was originally intact, apparently it came off from improper cleaning and they tried to glue it back, unsuccessfully, apparently). I am attaching a photo.
Before taking the shoes for cleaning, they were examined by an employee and photos were taken, there were no such damages with which they were returned to me.
The head is absent from the workplace, there is no customer orientation, the employees are not competent, as if they had visited a roadside cafe. They said it was difficult for them with sneakers.. and it really didn't work out..
On the phone, some woman (apparently the head) gave me an example of Gucci sneakers, and other stories that could not solve my problem.. There was also a phrase, I quote:
"are these really your sneakers?you don't have a receipt)"
I did not pay, I took it to another place, everything was done according to the highest standard.
GET OUT OF HERE!
DON'T WASTE TIME AND MONEY!

I was fixing a backpack and sneakers. Backpack- seams are excellent, it is not noticeable that after repair. Sneakers are clean, pretty, I didn't think that it was still possible to save them) the disadvantage is that the process is not fast, apparently there was a lot of loading. Would you come again?
