The place is great for entertainment and relaxation. BUT there was a lot of dust, the last time it was impossible to be in the center, I had to spend most of my rest on the street to stop the Czech. There are a lot of children at the children's center on weekends, all the tables are occupied just to sit and have a snack with the children. We can say that there are no controls in the children's center, so do not be surprised if a designer flies at you from the second floor.
In the new hall, where there is a braided maze, you also look after the children, because my 5-year-old child, going downstairs, caught a cross on this wicker and hung, so we urgently rescued him.
Order food on the weekend as soon as you come in, because we waited 1.5hours for the order. But you can't pre-order...
Bottom line: The place is not bad, but there are definitely not enough staff to organize a good holiday, and I would like them to do cleaning and inventory revision more often.
A good place for family gatherings, birthdays, minus two stars for the fact that children under one year old also need to pay for admission! The child is small, all the time in his arms, let him crawl on the carpet, and watch other children play and at the same time have to pay the full cost, I think it's absurd! We went with the eldest child, we had to pay for two children, the youngest is not even walking yet! 20 rubles for the elder and 18 rubles for the younger! You can enter for up to a year for free, up to two 10 rubles, and then the full cost..
I will immediately indicate that it is generally suitable for entertaining children. However, the institution has a lot of problems, so point by point: 1. There is a live queue for making an order, which creates pandemonium. 2. as a consequence of the first one, there are no waiters. This again creates even more pandemonium and crowding, plus children constantly running back and forth do not add to the safety of what is happening. On weekends and holidays, it's just hell. 3. Lousy serving and questionable cuisine.(the ordered dishes are brought from the kitchen of the restaurant across the street, and the staff may hammer a bolt on the appearance and consistency of the ordered and finished dishes). 4. The price tag is completely inadequate to the appearance and taste of the dishes. Next, I attach a photo of Caesar salad, as well as "chicken breast in bacon", which in fact turned out to be just a breast with one slice of bacon thrown on top (in fact, it is implied that the breast should be completely wrapped in bacon). The conclusion about the kitchen and service is terrible.
