A great place for active children's recreation. There are many different kinds of entertainment.
Pizza is cooked normally.
minuses:
1. There are no employees in the hall who monitor the safety of children.
2. When there are a lot of visitors, there is not enough air (it stinks of sweat and socks) - the wrong hood does not work.
The game room on the second floor is very stuffy on a hot summer day.
3. If you do not want to spoil your vacation, then do not order food from the restaurant menu (meat and other dishes), as you will wait SOOO LONG (2 hours). We rested several times and each time ordering food was accompanied by an adventure.
The first time we forgot about our order, but after 20 reminders and 2 hours, we did not eat delicious "restaurant" food, although initially we were promised to cook food within 30 minutes. The children were very upset (((.
For the second time, 1.5 hours after our order was accepted, it was not brought to us!!!. Again, they forgot about us and referred to the program failure. They offered to wait another 30 minutes, but we refused and ordered three pizzas. The pizza was cooked in 15 minutes. Everyone is full and satisfied.
For the third time, the order was completed after 1.2 hours, but the restaurant food was cold(((.
Wish to the management:
1 - pay attention to the safety of children.
2 - fix the problem with the delivery of food on the restaurant menu.
3 - organize decent ventilation of the premises.

The place is great for entertainment and relaxation. BUT there was a lot of dust, the last time it was impossible to be in the center, I had to spend most of my rest on the street to stop the Czech. There are a lot of children at the children's center on weekends, all the tables are occupied just to sit and have a snack with the children. We can say that there are no controls in the children's center, so do not be surprised if a designer flies at you from the second floor.
In the new hall, where there is a braided maze, you also look after the children, because my 5-year-old child, going downstairs, caught a cross on this wicker and hung, so we urgently rescued him.
Order food on the weekend as soon as you come in, because we waited 1.5hours for the order. But you can't pre-order...
Bottom line: The place is not bad, but there are definitely not enough staff to organize a good holiday, and I would like them to do cleaning and inventory revision more often.
