A great place for active children's recreation. There are many different kinds of entertainment.
Pizza is cooked normally.
minuses:
1. There are no employees in the hall who monitor the safety of children.
2. When there are a lot of visitors, there is not enough air (it stinks of sweat and socks) - the wrong hood does not work.
The game room on the second floor is very stuffy on a hot summer day.
3. If you do not want to spoil your vacation, then do not order food from the restaurant menu (meat and other dishes), as you will wait SOOO LONG (2 hours). We rested several times and each time ordering food was accompanied by an adventure.
The first time we forgot about our order, but after 20 reminders and 2 hours, we did not eat delicious "restaurant" food, although initially we were promised to cook food within 30 minutes. The children were very upset (((.
For the second time, 1.5 hours after our order was accepted, it was not brought to us!!!. Again, they forgot about us and referred to the program failure. They offered to wait another 30 minutes, but we refused and ordered three pizzas. The pizza was cooked in 15 minutes. Everyone is full and satisfied.
For the third time, the order was completed after 1.2 hours, but the restaurant food was cold(((.
Wish to the management:
1 - pay attention to the safety of children.
2 - fix the problem with the delivery of food on the restaurant menu.
3 - organize decent ventilation of the premises.

It's a good place, the kids like it. The menu is for every taste. I took pure shrimp (delicious) and meat pizza (good, tasty, but a persistent feeling that ketchup was added, which I didn't like a little. Three different play areas, a 5D cinema, up to and including 10 years old, for some reason only with parents. Lots of tables. The entrance to the child is one-time for the whole day. Both parents can accompany without problems. The toilet is well located, you can enter both from the reception and from the game area.

My little one was still demolished by children riding on the carousel ( adult children 5-12 years old )

Максимально объективно, сам центр прекрасный, зона родителей очень уютная, кафе отличное, чисто, на улице есть несколько вольеров с животными, много цветов, в целом отличное место.
Зона детей, на мой взгляд одного молодого человека не достаточно и он просто наблюдает за калиточкой и что бы дети не пили воду, ну это распоряжение администрации.
По игровой зоне как в йети и дети никто не ходит из персонала, родители и дети предоставлены сами себе
Опять же сравниваю с йети, там можно оставить ребенка и спокойно уйти совершать покупки, ее боясь за ребёнка вообще, здесь же нет , только сам и только глаз да глаз.Именно за то, что нет того к чему привыкли в йети вряд ли выберем в следующий раз для развлечения.
Все же многое зависит именно от безопасности детей, согласитесь, что нельзя спокойно пить кофе и наблюдать как твое дитё висит вниз тормашками на Микки Маус😁
Мальчик в принципе ни в чем не виноват, он не может один бегать за кучей малышни, это недоработка хозяев чисто детского центра, а не персонала, он как раз таки выше всяких похвал.Очень приветливые люди.
Ну и относительно вольеров.
Ребята, у кроликов нужно чистить вольеры, а Яшу кормить капустой.Яша потрясающий красавец и очень любит свежую капусту

Собственно ради Яши и потрясающе красивых цветов стоит закрыть глаза и поставить пять звёзд))))) Ну и естественно вернуться.

I have to change my review of this institution. I have no questions about the game areas, everything is cool and thought out at the highest level. But the attitude of the staff and the food service is just the height of a terrible attitude. I have not been treated so disrespectfully for a long time. The difference in serving food for one person is 45 minutes, while this is not the height of culinary art, but just sausages and French fries. The ordered cocktails and coffee were simply done and none of the staff decided to call us. Therefore, it was impossible to drink cocktails, but there were still cold lattes in stock.
We go here with our girlfriends often, the children like it. We used to like adults too, but apparently the staff doesn't like us.
I hope that someday the attitude of the staff will change and I will change my review.

Были в Чисто детском центре с родственниками. Место отличное, детям весело и интересно- это самое главное! Игрушки интересные, всем по своему возрасту есть чем заняться. По цене входа тоже недорого, родителям бесплатно. Хочется отметить меню. Есть для меня лично существенные минусы. Всё блюда подаются в одноразовой посуде, это ладно, можно пережить, но всё равно вид из-за этого так себе. На вынос- шикарно, но если ты сидишь с ребенком- то хотелось бы большего уюта. Заказала пасту Карбонара. Во всех заведениях подают макароны спагетти в Карбонаре. Здесь же не было никаких предупреждений, что макароны не того вида. Подали вместо этого макароны Бабочки (бантики). Но когда я подошла к девушке, которая была на кассе и спросила, точно ли мне подали Карбонару, может перепутали??? Показала даже фото, как должна выглядеть эта паста. На что поступил ответ: " И что Вы мне хотите этим фото показать? Это детское меню. У нас только такие макароны". Интонация была соответствующая- грубая. Вообще неприятно. То есть, вместо того чтобы вежливо ответить клиенту, девушка посчитала что она права, как есть так есть. 😳😳😳 Я сказала, что я Вам не в укор это говорю, а что обратите на это внимание и предупреждайте людей заранее. Может для некоторых это мелочью покажется, но для некоторых это важно. Дело уже даже было не в макаронах, а в том, как девушка со мной разговаривала. Якобы к сведению приняли, но пойдёт ли эта информация дальше- непонятно. Неприятный осадок остался конечно.
На территории достаточно красиво, место облагораживается. Есть животные, можно кроликов покормить.

Хороший детский центр для отдыха с детьми от года и лет так до 9-10. Много места, чисто, много разнообразных локаций. Удобно то, что рядом с игровой зоной стоят столики и можно следить за детьми в процессе игры. Можно было бы немного усовершенствовать центр:добавить игровую зону с горкой и бассейном и для совсем маленьких. Вежливый персонал, все внимательно следят за тем, чтобы был порядок и дисциплина

They are probably very successful, as there are a lot of people here on weekends, and you can see what problems they have:
- They do not have the opportunity to serve a large number of people. You can see the photos (long queues and slow order fulfillment). There were only two cashiers.
- There are no places to sit down. They definitely didn't think that so many visitors would come to them. There are only a few family tables, and if you're lucky, you'll be able to find a place to sit on the upholstered sofas, but we spent about 30 minutes looking around and then jumped when we saw an empty seat.
- Can you imagine that the place is divided into 4 sections:
- on the left there is a section with obstacles.
- In the second section there are family tables, some of which I have seen reserved for events such as birthdays.
- In the third section, you order food.
- The fourth section on the right is the place where children play. According to my observations, the games here are designed for children under 6 years old.
And here you can see the problem. If you order food, you need to be careful, as people and children pass between the sections, and you can spill your drinks on someone or, worse, a hot drink.
- Children really like trampolines, but there are only two of them.
- They have a tube slide, but it's ridiculously slow... She's just useless...
My advice:
- Don't go on weekends. And if you do, it's after 7 p.m.
- If you have children over 6 years old, it might be better to find another place where they can play with games for children, or you can just try the left section where there are climbing obstacles.

Были с детьми не единожды. Центр хороший, чистый, игрушки приличные, хотя жизнью уже местами потрепанные) но детям нравится. Из несомненных плюсов - зона со столиками для взрослых, откуда центр весь просматривается. И животные рядом - мини-зоопарк, детям интересно. Можно заказать еду, но меню ну не прям для детей - пицца, картошка фри. Фастфуд, а хотелось бы чего поадекватнее. Ну и маленькое замечание руководству - не гонять дежурных по залу убирать все время каталки на место))) дети сами разберутся))) из плюсов - можно проторчать там весь день) детям нравится. Но совсем малышей я бы туда не вела, лет с двух минимум.

Большой детский центр включает в себя лабиринт, игровые пневмопушки, Мега кубики, домики, карусели, батуты. Приемлемая цена. Есть кафе, можно сидеть за столиком и видеть игровую зону.
Из минусов плохое освещение, в игровой зоне нет сотрудников, следящих за детьми и порядком, кроме одного человека, сидящего на входе, с места которого не просматривается вся игровая зона. К вечеру большой приток посетителей, очень шумно. Подолгу приходится ждать столики на 1 этаже в зоне кафе

Здравствуйте! Не так давно учительница с детьми ездила в этот центр(это мы с родителями деткам такой выпускной устроили).Сама не была, но детям очень понравилось, хотят еще! Так вот мой ребенок забыл там телефон, я на него позванила, ответила девушка администратор(Панькова Лолита Леонидовна), очень приятная девушка! Я попрасила ее отправить телефон по почте, так как нам за ним ехать далекавата(а.г.Василевичи Речицкий р-он) она сразу же согласилась, даже не задумываясь, очень чуткая и отзывчивая. (телефон на самом деле не дорогой, но очень удобный для ребенка, нехотелось с ним раставаться)и не всякий бы человек захотел бы замарочиться. Огромное спасибо Лолите Леонидовне!ВАШ ЦЕНТР В НАДЕЖНЫХ РУКАХ!
