We came to this place hoping to have a good time, but in the end we got forgetful waiters, randomly served food, and insane permafrost. It felt like we were sitting somewhere on the street. Of the four of us, food was brought to only one person, and beer was brought in 15 minutes))) the rest of the food was brought in another 10 minutes. They didn't bring anything to one person at all, because they stupidly forgot. The Gardebor downstairs is generally "pleased"))) come and take what you want, no one is watching. We booked seats in advance so as not to sit down at a terribly uncomfortable little table. Nevertheless, they planted it there. Apparently, for 2 people, you can only order one.
Atmosphere. This small table is located in a niche next to two more of the same. In total, the situation "for two" is completely killed. In fact, you hear the conversations of everyone in this corner and sit as close to each other as possible.
Meal. The appetizer was pate, which was so much that even after ordering an extra portion of bread and leaning on it together, it was impossible to eat it.
Normally, having eaten pate with bread, it was time for the second course - Julienne. It was served in a shortbread dough, as for tarts. In general: the filling is delicious, the dough is not. It tastes like soda, for an amateur.
But I liked the brulee cream. Thank you for him from the bottom of my heart

But the last time our attitude towards the institution was spoiled by its administrator. Boorish and arrogant behavior for the first time in our lives forced us to write a complaint, after receiving a response to which we were surprised. Since the complaint was apparently answered by the administrator himself, the answer ignored the essence of the problem and provided false information. The desire to visit this institution has disappeared at this stage.
Also, after reading the reviews, I saw a certain number of similar comments, which, apparently, are also ignored.

This place has a good location, a pretty cozy atmosphere. I would also like to mention the polite staff, good music. But I didn't like the food from the word at all. It's too easy. We ordered pasta with shrimp, it was too creamy, we put 2 cherry tomatoes, a couple of spinach leaves and small shrimp. I didn't like the side dish in the turkey fillet. We will not come to this institution again, we will not advise our friends.

I was at the bar on 07/10/2023 with a friend, ordered a warm salad with chicken worth 16.99 rubles. I was just disappointed with this dish. There was almost no dressing, there was no honey or mustard in its composition, and the amount of salad was so excessive that other ingredients were simply lost. Alexandra's waiter's service was also so boorish that it forced me to write a complaint for the first time. Her response to these comments on the salad was "the dressing is smeared on the salad, and I shouldn't feel honey and mustard." If these ingredients do not play into the taste sensations, why are they in the salad? The waitress brought us the bill, and when we said that we needed to split it, she rudely replied, count for yourself. There was the last sheet in the book of complaints and suggestions, I noticed to the waitress that it was over, the answer followed, we will start a new one. It is concluded that this institution does not care about visitors. I am attaching a photo of this salad for this price. Dear employers, pay attention to this bar. I personally don't understand what I paid the money for!
