I dreamed of making almost urban conditions in the country. I called the Chistovod and made an order. The installation team was sent quite quickly. Everything was almost wonderful, only one moment confused, the container was not installed on the stove, as indicated in the instructions, and not on the DSP. It's just for adding some of my gravel. Which no one warned about (Bought for construction). And although I warned that we have both groundwater and flood waters and in short we are in a swamp, Brigadier Berdnikovich Maxim reassured me that he was not the first septic tank to install and that everything would be fine. And everything was fine until winter came and, as was said, we pumped the water out of the tank. The winter of 23 began not with snowstorms, but with rains. And so we got a surprise. Our balloon popped out of the ground . I immediately called the contractor. I sent him a photo. He did not deny it, he said that his joint needed to be fixed. I was prematurely glad to see such an honest man. However, it is already June 2024, and no one is even going to fix it. They even stopped answering the phone. I wanted to solve everything in a good way.

They finally fixed everything for me. But it's not that simple. I was contacted only after I got tired of waiting for any response and wrote a complaint to the contractor. In my claim, I outlined the essence and offered to compromise. For my part, I pay for the materials that will be required, and the work is accordingly at the expense of the contractor.Because I paid for this job earlier. After receiving my claim, Maxim Berdnikovich contacted me. He said that since I was ready to pay for the materials, he was ready to come and redo everything. We agreed on 07/17.24. And here at my doorstep again the equipment with the brigade. I don't know who organized all this. They came and dug out the pit, but no one brought any slabs, cement, or pipes to replace them. Then we sat and waited for everything to be delivered. I paid for it honestly. It's just not clear why they charged me 90 rubles for delivery, although it's 24 km to Maryina Gorka there and back. Even a taxi takes half the price. In total, roughly 260.00 rubles. The work went on more cheerfully. They put a stove in the pit. A septic tank was installed, a broken pipe was replaced. The septic tank was secured with slings (Textile slings with a block). They filled it up again with my own gravel mixed with cement. The work was completed by 18.00. And they billed me 650 rubles. for the work of a mini excavator. That's where I strongly disagreed. As a result, I was forced to pay 200 rubles for the slings. And again, no estimates, not a single check. My opinion about everything has only changed for the worse. I didn't hire anyone myself. All employees were provided by a cleaner. Therefore, it is necessary to select people more efficiently.

Installation of a septic tank ECO shar5. We were very satisfied with the quality of service, we did everything turnkey, quickly, accurately, unfortunately it was raining and they had to work. But that didn't scare them. The tractor did everything perfectly too! Surprisingly, which is rare now, both employees knew how everything worked and could equally explain and show the process and then check and answer all questions. The pump is a Makita, it works and everything is fine. The documents are also all in order. There is a guarantee for everything. Such specialists are rarely found during construction.
