To be rude and hang up the phone when contacting on the issue of obtaining quality documents for goods is the norm for them. And the phrase: "we are not obliged to provide you with anything" is something in general. Separately, it is worth noting the head of the department Veronica, who, when asked to introduce herself for a subsequent analysis of her behavior, refuses to give her full name and does not pick up the phone after.
