The service at the Chkalovsky Complex leaves much to be desired. The quality of the sink is far from ideal. After maintenance, stains and dirty areas remain on the body. The staff is not very attentive to details, and the wait lasts longer than promised. In addition, employees behave rudely, do not make contact and respond with irritation to questions. For that kind of money, I would like to receive more professional and courteous service. I do not recommend it if a really high-quality sink and a good attitude towards customers are important.

Terrible service, not only was the dirt not even knocked down, but they also put wet mats in the cabin. The cabin was very poorly vacuumed, all the dirt stuck to the mats, and instead of solving this problem, the administrator and the car wash employee were also rude. I came home and did everything myself, for my own money. I don't recommend anyone else to go there, it's better to go to a self-service car wash and do everything better than such a service)))))
