It was probably the most delicious lunch during my vacation in Georgia. Divine salmon caught with us in a small pond, delicious homemade compote and lovingly cooked rustic potatoes.
The final cost may have turned out to be higher than in other visited establishments, but it was worth it :)

The food is ordinary. The uncle first lifted the mood, then everything is so played out, there are no prices, there is no menu. He started telling us what we were going to do. When the bowl was brought, I asked him what kind of meat? He replied: It's all there, of everything. When they brought it, it was delicious, yes, until I started pulling small bones out of my mouth every spoonful, there were a lot of them..... the compote is sugary, I did not like khachapuri , the unleavened dough and butter floated, the cheese was hardened, the bottom of the khachapuri had a crust, if only to gnaw. The most terrible thing is the other , the bill!!!! 120 lari for khachapuri chashashuli, vegetable salad, compote, lobio made of peas (I asked what green lobios were, he said it didn't matter, it was delicious ...), two glasses of chacha. It's all very strange. The question is where are we from?! Probably in order to create prices, since prices have not been announced. It was our most expensive dinner of the whole vacation. There are no such prices in Batumi with a box office even. We ate a maximum of 70 liters, and we didn't finish half of it, because it didn't fit. All other lunches/dinners are 50/60. In general, I was very upset, the child did not eat anything at all and did not even drink the compote, she remained hungry, said khachapuri (for her sake they took her) it is impossible to chew. Everything looked beautiful at first.

The six of us came to celebrate our first visit to Georgia and batono Tengiz exceeded our expectations. The food is wonderful, the portions are huge. It's very tasty. Kharcho soup, kebabs and salads are just a delight. But most of all I liked the friendly atmosphere, the tone set by the owner of the establishment. And even the local music was chosen with taste and did not interfere with communication at all. I warmly recommend everyone to visit!

It's a very nice area. everything is very tasty, Georgian flavor :) feature: the host communicates personally with each guest, there is no menu, you do not know the prices in advance. you are offered dishes to suit your taste. if you are limited in your budget, then be warned:) the portions are large and hearty. 2 soups, a signature dish (sooo delicious! and huge), lavash, khachapari (huge, well-filled), lula, wine, homemade compote - 220 GEL. own farm, you can look there) we really liked it, thank you! This is the real Georgia :)
