The masters are obviously not trained how to work with clients. I did an express manicure and pedicure service. Pedicure was generally done with pumice stone. Of course, I'm not an expert, but smart pedicures have been done in all luxury salons for a long time. I asked the master why she didn't clean with the device, to which the master replied, "your skin is so rough here that the device won't work, you haven't done a pedicure for a long time?" in the general level of cheap shashtarazki. The administrator after the procedure just asked what I would pay with, turned on the payment and that's it! No feedback, was the client satisfied with What to spend money on bloggers, it would be better if the masters were trained what a smart pedicure is and how to behave with customers, After all, the salon positions itself with a "luxurious atmosphere"
In general, I do not advise and I will not go there myself anymore.

Everything is on the level. Nice clean interior. Polite staff. One of the few places where they serve good coffee.

I do not recommend coming to this salon for eyebrows. the "eyebrow specialist" does not know how to work. I can work with tweezers at home, after my request, the "specialist" still brought wax. He can't work with wax. After the procedure, I did not treat the skin with anything. Works without gloves. He paints his eyebrows "by eye", does not make a preliminary drawing. The service was not rendered for 9,000. When paying, the girl at the reception did not ask about the quality of the service provided.
