My review of the baguette workshop on Rokossovsky 10. This is the well-known Tourist store. My assessment is terrible. The prices do not correspond to the services provided. I ordered two frames, with glass, a plywood part on the back and a mount. The order was not made on time. We don't always have glass. Therefore, they spread their hands and offered to take away the frames without glass. Or wait for the glass to appear. And when exactly, the seller could not clearly answer. If I have my mobile phone (recorded when placing an order), they did not call back, did not warn, did not apologize, as they would have done in a civilized country. The mount was never attached. This baguette sets the fastening only for those who order an additional service - embroidery stretching (I found out about this when I already picked up the order). If you are going to pull work at home, then you will be given a fastening in a bag, screws to it. And they will spread their hands. That's exactly what they did to me. If you have drilling skills, you will be able to finish on your own what you paid your own money for. No, then you will have to spend time looking for acquaintances. Or pay more so that you can hang your work (embroidery or something else) on the wall. In case of non-fulfillment of the order, they will not refund the prepayment you have made.
