The hotel is far from five-star!!! At first glance, everything is beautiful, clean, neat, but... The rooms are very poorly cleaned, water is provided only once a day, and slippers are also provided. Toothbrushes are not provided at all, the water pressure is not very high, there is no shower from the ceiling, and the one on the wall is not adjustable in tilt and height. It can be seen that there was a recent renovation, which left many traces. All the buttons are touch-sensitive, assembled into one panel, which is not convenient at all. There is smoking in the rooms, you can feel it when walking along the corridor, no one is watching it. Cockroaches were found in the bathroom...!! As for the restaurant, the food is delicious, just 90% repeats, the waiters are polite and know their business. In addition to breakfast, water and coffee are not provided during dinner, only for an additional fee. The territory has one indoor and three outdoor pools, direct access to the beach, which, according to the administration, is not well maintained, as the New Year holidays are not a tourist season for them. There's nothing to do in the city either, as almost everything is closed. The administration doesn't speak English well, and I've only seen one Russian-speaking employee in the restaurant.

For 5 stars, we expected more. We lived for almost 2 weeks and it's good that we didn't take dinner! The breakfasts were the same - this is not normal, because people don't come for a couple of days! The rooms are very poorly cleaned and you have to constantly call and ask to be cleaned. There is no water in the room. Even in the most ordinary hotels they bring water every day! They brought it to us once! There was not much fruit in the hotel. And since we were vacationing in November, it was very cold in the rooms and the split system did not help. There are also no toothbrushes/pastes in the room, take them with you. And one more fat minus - there is no iron and ironing board in the room. You need to go down to the 1st floor, where there is a spa, and there is a small room, in the semi-darkness there is one iron and one board. It's incredibly uncomfortable. Constantly running to unknown places to stroke. This is not a 5 star hotel level.

Great hotel. Yes, the territory is not the largest, but the number of pools is impressive, as well as the sea, which is not the deepest in some places, and there are height differences, but it is transparent and without stones
