Today (08/22/17) I was in the Trinity Church for confession, but the priest refused to confess me, saying that it was complete nonsense. And "complete nonsense" is the death of my mother and my incredible sense of guilt. He talked about the numerous victims of the siege of Leningrad, and I looked at him as if he were complete... After all, for me, my mother's death is not commensurate with anything, even with the victims of the siege of Leningrad. I am not the Lord God to love all people. She left the church as if she had been spat on and with the firm intention of never again crossing the thresholds of churches and not listening to priests. Then, of course, she cooled down, but she never set foot in Troitskaya again. I have a question: "Maybe this priest also needs to repent and confess for turning people away from the church?"
