It's a wonderful place. I didn't even know that we have a monastery in Brest. Quietly. Comfortably. There is a wonderful woman working in the shop. He will tell you everything, help and explain. The prices in the shop are reasonable.
It's an amazing place to talk to God.It seems that the heavens are opening here and the Lord hears even your thoughts.I really love coming here again and again.Thank God for everything.
The monastery was built on the site of the martyrdom of St. Athanasius, Abbot of Brest. In 2011, there was a major fire in the new building, now the monastery is being built, repairs are being carried out. I cannot often attend services in this monastery. This monastery has convenient transport links. Religious processions were previously held several times a year under the leadership of the bishop.
It is a strict monastery, but the atmosphere is very peaceful. They have a great gardener, it's just an oasis in summer. There is a monastery shop. There is a public transport stop nearby.
Not a big monastery. There are not many icons with relics. We arrived. The temple was closed, but the mother who took the notes opened it to us. It is a very cozy and warm place.
