The receptionist, Irina, refused us entry in a very non-welcoming manner.When asked the reason, Irina said that she relies on the charter of the institution.After reading the charter , we have not found a single point that we are not going through . Irina replied to this: "read the laws on Google, I can not let you in without explaining the reason."
