There is a place to sleep, a good large dining room, wi-fi, TV with Russian channels, Monopoly) breakfast of boiled eggs and bread with butter, micro-jam), toilet, shower, bathroom on each floor. There are 2 large shops nearby (within walking distance).
What I didn't like: the admin at the reception sometimes listens to music at night or watches YouTube, it doesn't seem to be loud, but because of the heat I didn't close the doors and heard everything. At night or in the morning, someone is constantly walking, slamming doors, locks (or a cleaner, because there was no one else, we were alone, or a brownie, I don't know (after analyzing the situation, I think it's most likely a draft), but these doors were not allowed to sleep! Check out of the hotel before 12. I asked if it was possible to hang out until 16 o'clock? Not allowed, or for an additional fee. And this is when the hotel is 20% full! He could have allowed it. He only allowed me to leave my bags and go for a walk ourselves. (UPD: allowed to sit in the dining room as much as you want). You can live for cheap.

Excellent location. Walking is a pleasure, since all the interesting places are nearby. Wonderful, friendly staff. The hotel is clean and cozy. Beautiful view from any floor. The hotel has a large, cozy living room where you can spend your free time. A large courtyard. Here you can accommodate both with a large company and alone. There are places for convenience for everyone. I recommend staying here. I wish good luck to the guys.
